Ah, I still have a couple of those things in my memory...'94 not reach'n back too far.

I started at the lowest of the low points, got a taste success and am now back down in the lower bowels of fail again. Yet I am still hanging around. Man:doh!:

I was 4 years old. I hate this franchise sometimes. Hate it so much that I love it....

I was 13 at the time and I remember it like it was yesterday.

I was 11 years old when the Chiefs last went to and won the SB.

I'm 51 now.

In that time since watching that SB win, I've seen 3 playoff wins.

3 playoff wins in 40 years, 2 if which came in the same season, and the other against a sorryass Raiders team with Todd Marinovich at QB.

Wow, 16 years. Exactly half my life ago.

The moment Marcus had that TD run in Houston late in the 4th quarter, that was the first time, in a 16 year old lifetime of Chiefs fandom, that I felt MY team could actually win a Super Bowl. What an awesome feeling...which was concussed the following week.

Funny thing is the way officials call penalties now, that's a roughing the passer. Not that it would have helped anything.

The fact that a fragile Montana made that deep into the season surprised the hell out me, so losing him to injury in that game wasn't all that devastating to me.
