Have a happy Fathers day weekend!!!

I want to wish all you dads out there the very best fathers day! Tell us your plans, what gifts you get. Hope you all enjoy it.

Dads have to put up with so much, but it's all worth it every bit imo. Some times it can be real tough, no respect, all they want is your money or keys to the car, & they think that they're smarter than you. They cuss at you then they go cry to their mom, then you have to put up with her:doh!:. We work hard all day to just to make a living and do what we can to pleaze every body in the family.

This thread is dedicated to the all loving dads out there.

Hope I'm the first to wish happy fathers day & not re to the post. & <disclaimer I don't give a rats fart about spelling or if i put the comma or didn't put the comma in the right place neg rep me if you want IDC>. Just relax about that stuff and enjoy being a DAD! God Bless Dads + Rep to Dads

I'm gonna brag little bit bout what i got. My daughter sent me a package, a basket full of gormet coffee, poker chips, texas holdem cards and a mug that says "Dad thank you with all my heart for all the love in yours" made me so happy. My son got me a golf ball that he found, I love it too!!!

I know I got great kids, best that a father can ask for & spending time with them is the best fathers day gift too. We are going swimming tomarrow at the new Salina water park.

I got one of those Chiefs best kansas city dads shirts. It's red.

Happy weekend to dads.

I'm going to enjoy my Father's day with my son after he gets off work, and reflect on my Dad(he passed 4 years ago), but I smile and miss him at the same time.

Yea, but I spend time with my kids EVERY day, and they know I have always and will always be here for them. So yea, it's just another day. :thumb:

Old man likes the shuffleboard. Taking him to the Flea Market for a burger, some beers, act demoralized as he dominates me at shuffleboard, and most likely talk some shit as the Royals game is on. Oh, and got him a cartoon of Whoppers and some Boston baked beans.

Respect to those whose Fathers have passed.

This will be my 2nd fathers day as a dad. My little guy is my world. I'll be sitting outside most of the day smoking ribs for a bbq I'm doing for my Dad.

Took my kids swimming today at the new salina pool. Had fun in the sun. That park is pretty cool with fast slides, one that swirls you around like a toilet bowl.

This is a big week for me and a special fathers day. I have a chance this thursday for my daughter to come live with me full time. It's been a long road for this day to come and I am asking for prayers. I was homeless for 8 months last year cuz of child support & not able to work 80hrs a week that about ruined me. When I found out during Christmas that my daughter was hurt by her step dad, that changed every thing for me. I took the high road and got me a place I can afford with help and have taken parenting classes on teens. I've gone beyond what the courts have asked of me to do. My daughter wants to live with me and all I want is to take care of her and protect her and wipe the tears away. It's an honor and privlage to be dad and God given us the responsibility to take care of our children. It's Gods love
Sad that my daughter had to go back to her aunt and uncle and wont see her tomarrow. This thursday I wont have to worry about that again. I pray in the lords name.
