Going on record as saying the Chiefs are closer to the Patriots of their Super winning years than this Patriots team is. No defense. Iffy running game. All they do is fling it. Right now the Chiefs are better than Patriots who look like an 8-8 team unless their defense vastly improves.

This started slowly when the Patriots defense melted down at the end of title games in 2006 and 2007. By last year they could stop a bad team but couldn't stop any decent offense. Now they just have no defense at all. I love defense, a running game, and a smart passing game. The SB winning Patriot teams were everything I love about football. They have become what I can't stand. A soft, depend on throwing the ball all over the place team that has to win 38-30 if at all.
Without Brady they are 3-13.

Ugh. I think the Jets are going to win their division sadly. The Pats don't play defense.
