The Breakfast Of Champions

What's your's?

Mine is a lemon-lime Gatorade, a tobasco flavored Slim Jim and a 5 hour energy. Coupled with a few green tea fat burners and I'm ready for pretty much anything during my day.

I like two packets of oatmel. I get the box that has strawberry and cream, blueberry and cream, etc. Two packs with hot water, add a little milk after it's mixed, and add Grape Nuts, honey and sometimes strawberries.

and about 6 cups of coffee.

Hug it Out Dan 10-20-2010 09:28 AM

On sundays before Chiefs games i load up the bong when I wake up...then i like to cook the following:

3 scrambled eggs w/ cheese
hashedbrowns
lots of bacon
raisin toast w/ apple butter
apple cinnamon instant oatmeal
big glass (or 2) of cranberry juice

MOhillbilly 10-20-2010 09:29 AM

gallon of coffee, half a pack, handfull of antacid, gereric pain reliever.

Haywood Jablomi 10-20-2010 09:33 AM

Pot of coffee...bowl of cigarettes.

Fish 10-20-2010 09:33 AM

When I was in HS, I used to have to get up really really early, before my mom was awake to make breakfast. I'd crack 2 eggs in a cup, and put a shot of orange juice on top, and chug it down and be out the door.

I tried this breakfast again recently, just for old times sake.. And I ended up throwing up in the sink...

patteeu 10-20-2010 09:46 AM

Laces Out Dan wins if I'm the judge.

gblowfish 10-20-2010 09:50 AM

The classic college "Friday Night day after" breakfast was:
3 tylenol
1 large glass of ice water
Rice Krispies and Busch Beer

Watch Bugs Bunny and get hammered.

ToxSocks 10-20-2010 09:54 AM

4 raw eggs and a pint of whiskey.

Don't mix tylenol and alcohol, junior.

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.

This keeps showing up on message boards I post on frequently. Odd.

Inspector 10-20-2010 10:08 AM

After I get done at the gym, I pack my breakfast and eat at my desk which is usually about 6 am every morning.

Pretty much the same every day:
1 Activia Vanilla Yogurt
Berries (blueberries or sliced strwberries or sometimes blackberries or raspberries)
Mix in a little high fiber cereal

I have a cup of green tea before the gym and another on the way to work.

Boring and repetitive. But it works.

Stewie 10-20-2010 10:08 AM

Cereal and juice during the work week. Weekends is usually eggs and hashbrowns or pancakes/waffles.

Actually I don't think it's that much. The gatorade probably has as much sugar as 2 soda's, 5 hour energy's are sugar free and I'm assuming the green tea fat burners are in pill form...no sugar. Just sayin'.

For me, since I work nights, I will hit a local dive at 6 a.m. and have a good 'ol bacon cheesburger and a few hot wings for breakfast on occasion.

DMAC 10-20-2010 10:11 AM

Has anyone tried the Chicken Fried Steak & Gravy Biscuit at Hardees? HOooooly shit...

vailpass 10-20-2010 10:24 AM

Huevos rancheros with chorizo or machaca, chilaquiles and a banana, mango, melon, and papaya plate. Mexican mimosa for the drink.

Hootie 10-20-2010 10:24 AM

I have a Mountain Dew Amp'd...and water. That's it. I'm addicted to those damn energy drinks...used to like the Sobe Adrenaline Rush but the store I go to stopped carrying them...so now it's the Amp'd...

Is that actually truth? Because I drink like 10 of those things every week...

I don't like coffee and they do the trick for me...

Is drinking one or two of those 5 days a week really that much worse for you than drinking a pot of coffee?

If so, I need to stop.

LOL Not that's ever been diagnosed. The Gatorade has alot of sugar but a slim jim has none. Well that's what the package says. And the 5 hr energy is b-12,b-6, niacin and folic acid..... 0 sugar.

I love me some big breakfast with eggs over and sausage, bacon and all that stuff but I can't do that every day. So I drink some coffee, go to work and drink another cup and then I walk over to the fastrip and get my stuff. Keeps me from starving.

I have a Monster Energy once a day.......

Really the only thing in that could be bad for you is the caffeine....but it all depends on how you handle caffeine and how much you're drinking.

It says on the can not to have more than 3 cans a day.

After the ice pack do you use a deep pore cleanser lotion and in the shower do you use a water activated gel cleanser?

and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub?

I'd bet you then apply an herb-mint facial mask which you leave on for 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of your routine.

Personally, I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
