What's your's?
Mine is a lemon-lime Gatorade, a tobasco flavored Slim Jim and a 5 hour energy. Coupled with a few green tea fat burners and I'm ready for pretty much anything during my day. PhilFree:arrow: |

On sundays before Chiefs games i load up the bong when I wake up...then i like to cook the following:
3 scrambled eggs w/ cheese hashedbrowns lots of bacon raisin toast w/ apple butter apple cinnamon instant oatmeal big glass (or 2) of cranberry juice |
gallon of coffee, half a pack, handfull of antacid, gereric pain reliever.

Pot of coffee...bowl of cigarettes.

When I was in HS, I used to have to get up really really early, before my mom was awake to make breakfast. I'd crack 2 eggs in a cup, and put a shot of orange juice on top, and chug it down and be out the door.
I tried this breakfast again recently, just for old times sake.. And I ended up throwing up in the sink... |

The classic college "Friday Night day after" breakfast was:
3 tylenol 1 large glass of ice water Rice Krispies and Busch Beer Watch Bugs Bunny and get hammered. |
4 raw eggs and a pint of whiskey.

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.

After I get done at the gym, I pack my breakfast and eat at my desk which is usually about 6 am every morning.
Pretty much the same every day: 1 Activia Vanilla Yogurt Berries (blueberries or sliced strwberries or sometimes blackberries or raspberries) Mix in a little high fiber cereal I have a cup of green tea before the gym and another on the way to work. Boring and repetitive. But it works. |
Cereal and juice during the work week. Weekends is usually eggs and hashbrowns or pancakes/waffles.

Huevos rancheros with chorizo or machaca, chilaquiles and a banana, mango, melon, and papaya plate. Mexican mimosa for the drink.

I have a Mountain Dew Amp'd...and water. That's it. I'm addicted to those damn energy drinks...used to like the Sobe Adrenaline Rush but the store I go to stopped carrying them...so now it's the Amp'd...

if it's a 'day after' Breakfast of Champions; usually consists of drinking a huge bottle or two of gatorade, some pepto chewables, and a chipotle burrito bowl with chips and hot tomatillo.

Not usually the same two days in a row.. if I have anything at all besides coffee. This morning it was a bowl of frosted mini wheats and a cup of coffee. When I got to work a co-worker had an apple fritter sitting on my desk. :cuss::clap::doh!::thumb::banghead:

Every day Regimen
