Help me understand this hypocricy...
I'm not saying we are a premier team, but I'm looking for consistency.

I get we struggled with Buff, but King's 3rd place team gave up over 30 to that same Bills team just a week ago. The Bills needed roughly 65 minutes to beat the Bills, at home, so I'm failing to see why he hasn't docked the Ravens as well. |

Because nobody loves the Chiefs but Chiefs fans.

BS.

SportsNation poll last week showed Baltimore's win over Buffalo as more embarrassing than a smatter of team's losses. Peter King would know that, but he couldn't see it because his jelly doughnut was blocking that part of the screen.
|
I think some people would have realized that the Bills are not a bad team. They are a team that has not learned how to win yet but they have been very tough on most teams they have played this year. I almost feel bad for their fans.

Everyone loves to Fellate the Ravens.
I get why the Chiefs are rated so low for a 5-2 team. We are still very unknown. |
Joe Flacco > Matt Cassel

So, I would rather the media just leave us alone. Were doing just fine... |

If Cassel's posse would just kill somebody we could get some love!

From an unbiased perspective, we're a team with a glaring flaw. Despite the record.
It is what it is. |

The rationale is poor, but the conclusion is still sound.
Until we beat a good team on the road, I have a hard time picking KC as a top 10 football team. We've wiped the floor with some soft squads and eeked out a win against SD that might've been far far different but/for the monsoon. And and has anyone noticed that our QB kinda sucks? The Chiefs are far better than I thought they'd be, but they're still not elite until they prove they are. To this point, sparkly record or no, I don't believe they've done so. |

Record against bad teams - 5-0, three of which could have gone either way. And yesterday's game probably should have gone the other way.
Record against good teams - 0-2. Did everything against Houston but win, but in the end it was a loss. It is what it is. Do you really think anybody looks at their schedule and thinks "Oh shit! The Chiefs!" And after yesterday's performance, frankly 12 may be too high. |

How does Cassel compare to Matt Rya, QB of the Atlanta Falcos?

Baltimore is a Super Bowl caliber team. The Chiefs wouldn't even be in the playoff discussion if they played in the AFC North, AFC East, or AFC South.

Not saying we aren't lower tier of the teams likely to make the play-offs, but so far it has little to do with how weak this division is. |
Peter King has been drinking the Chief's koolaid since Pioli and Haley arrived last year. Hell, he even picked us to go 10-6 last year .
King is a Chief's believer, which isn't good karma if you ask me. |

Buffalo played like a desperate team on Sunday. Fitzpatrick is a scrappy Jim Harbaugh like QB who almost ate up the defense...but...didn't.
That was a good game and a good win in a tough fight. |

Keep it this way, this is the kind of team that needs to be an underdog.
