Hali had an excellent day today and he was constantly breathing down Bradford's neck. He owned Jason Smith.

He owned him so good he sacked Bradford 0 times and made 0 tackles

Hali does tend to disappear. Getting sacks is hard but you'd think he'd 'accidentally' get a TFL here and there just being in the backfield so often...

Those Gilberry sacks were mostly because Bradford was watching Tamba. He still had a great game, even without racking up a lot of stats.

He's not going to get a sack every game, but he's consistently pressuring opposing QB's and that's creating opportunities for guys like Gilberry to get the sacks. Dude has 11 sacks this year...that's hardly shitty.

Pressure is just as important is a sack is. Pressures lead to INTs.

Yeah, pass rushers must have stats to be effective. C'mon HF, ya can't get a sack every game. He was all over Bradford's ass though, and the only reason he doesn't have two, is because Wallis "Dingle" Gilberry beat him to them.

HeHe. I was just wanting to stir some shit. I'm glad we've got Hali. My favorite play yesterday was when Hali crushed Bradford and at the same time Berry crushed the intended receiver.

Hali had nothing for the stat sheet except a PD or two. Berry only had 3 tackles. Both had good games. Stats don't show everything, especially for defense.

Absolutely. It may not show up anywhere on a stat sheet but after Hali drilled Bradford on their third series the QB was never the same...

Hali is a weird cat to evaluate....if you look at the stat sheet you say he was terrible, but if you watched the game he was terrorizing both tackles (who had multiple false starts) and was clearly in Bradford's head....
