I think I'll try this one. When you said it should be kept warm, is it OK to cook it and then refrigerate it and reheat at the game? |

This is killer dip....Buffalo Chicken Dip.
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup Ranch dressing 3/4 cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red HotŪ) 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Jalapeno Popper dip
2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup mayonnaise 1 4oz can diced/chopped green chiles 2oz diced canned jalapenos 1 cup grated parmesan cheese Stir cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in green chiles and jalapeno peppers. Top with parmesan, then bake at 350 for 30 min or nuke it. I prefer it in something like a 8.5x11 pan vs a bowl, so the parmesan is there for lots of scoops vs just really thick on the initial scoops. |
