I'm very familiar with Paul Rudd, but who is Rob in the video? What shows/movies has he been in?

He's funny as hell and been in a ton of good stuff. I was a bit surprised to learn he is a Lt Col. though.

I recognize him from Stepbrothers. Somehow I don't remember him from the Hangover, but I've only seen that movie once.
