Holy shit. Just landed an internship in downtown San Diego. I have a general idea of things to bring with me, but I was hoping the generous minds of CP could assist me: what else do I bring?

It's with a startup company, so I'll be wearing many hats. Mostly working with the marketing director on marketing objectives of the company; also I'll be doing some sales type things.

That's a pretty general explanation, but from what I understand, it will be a farily general (non-specific) internship.

Make sure you are sitting down when you see how much a one bedroom apartment will cost. Other than the high cost of living downtown San Diego rocks. Gaslamp area is assume with lots of resturants and bars. You can watch all the Chiefs games at Kansas City BBQ (BBQ sucks).

Don't know what you should bring, but the first thing you do when you get there is get a medicinal marijuana card. No question.

Pretty much. The BBQ at Kansas City BBQ is terrible. Bleh. But, it's a great place to watch the Chiefs game with other Chiefs fans. Haven't been there since the fire though.

This is a definite plus for me, as I see they also host KU watch parties. I'm also planning on getting a ticket for the Chiefs/Chargers game on 9/25 - any of you SD natives going to that?

There's a KC BBQ company in LA too that sucks ass. I want them to change the ****ing name.

I'd bring a nice brunette, 5'5 125 lbs, 34c if possible.
