That's not possible, everyone here told me that Matt Cassel was Rich Gannon.

If it weren't for Carl, Marty, and injuries, plus a cheap shot by the Ravens in the AFC Championship, and Gruden knowing the Raider playbook in that SuperBowl, Gannon would be know as the best QB in the history of the NFL. He should have had 5 SB rings!

Gannon had a ton of experience before he came to KC. If you're trying to make the comparison that as soon as the starter is back they lose their job, that might be the only comparison you can make.
