We'll find a way to get one more improbable win, just to ensure ****ing ourselves out of any hope of drafting a QB. And our incompetent GM will lack the stones to move up to go get one, thus solidifying the cycle of suck.

Agreed. Amazing how people forget that Oakland had Boller. Three of the four wins came off of teams with QB shakeups in progress. The last with the QB shaking himself up and melting down.

KC is sitting at 11th right now. 4 teams have 2 or less wins. Another 10 teams have 3 or 4 wins. I don't think we sneak into the top 5.

We have no run game anymore and our passing game with Palko is all but non existent (granted he passed for more yards yesterday than Cassel did against Denver) as he can't seem to throw TD's against one of the worst pass defenses in the league who played a WR at CB. How are we going to beat anyone else on this schedule? The only chance we have is to start Stanzi and hope he is better than the other two QB's on this team. I don't see us having anything more than 4 total wins.

We'll steal one somewhere. My guess is @ Chicago or at home vs. the Fade.

Your chances would be a helluva lot better with Orton but you won't be afforded the luxury of a Boller or a QB that knew 15 plays down 28-0 against a team that knew we could only pass in order to try to make a comeback.

We will, however, have the luxury of playing a gang of undisciplined goons who have the record for penalties this year, including (I think) 12 last week alone, and in our home stadium.

As of right now we are in the 8 or so category. I think the Dolphins, Cardinals and Jaguars should win more games than we will so the highest I can see us drafting is 5th.
