Where do the Chiefs draft?
If you feel bold, get more specific.
|
top ten
|
to be specific, in new york city's radio city music hall.

Where? From somewhere out in left field. Oh you meant what position. Top ten so they can covet another Tyson Jackson pick.

Top 5

Paging cdcox.
|
I'll say 8th with a 5-11 record.
SOS is going to kill them in any tie break. |

They won't win again, so I will go with 5.
|
"within striking distance"
|
Just far enough down to miss a QB, and just far enough up to get one of the two or three best LT's in the draft.

Hopefully 2 or 3. I'd like to get one of the QBs.
I don't see how they win another game this year. They're taking a plastic butter knife to a gun fight, and the other guy has a gauss rifle. |

Yeah, we're not winning another game this year, so that leaves us at 4-12. I believe the last two times we did that, we picked 5th. "With the 5th pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select [insert LT's name here], left tackle, [insert SEC school here]. The Carolina Panthers are now on the clock." /goodell |
The Chiefs will draft somewhere to miss out on drafting Luck and Barkley and take some left tackle to protect broke dick Cassel

You must've been sitting on that a while. I deleted that almost 10 minutes ago.
FYI, just to correct myself, I think it's actually 8 teams. The Redskins have also won 3. I think we're maybe the biggest lock for 4-12 of any of the 3 or 4 win teams, however. I think we're woeful enough, and play a hard enough schedule that the odds of tripping our way into an upset are low. I think the best we can do is trip our way into only losing by 2 TDs. |
If the Chiefs end up with 4 wins they probably pick 5th.
The problem with teams finishing ahead of us, even if they don't need a QB, is that they are a spot in front of us, representing a chance for a team that doesn't have a QB to leapfrog us. |
Really glad we went on that four game winning streak!

I don't think anybody can predict what it's going to take to trade in the draft from 2012 onward, because they're operating under a new financial structure. Teams don't have to worry any longer about getting locked into insane contracts at the top end of the draft, which I think is going to raise the required value to move (because teams will be more willing to stay put, instead of looking to trade down out of what had become an increasingly unfavorable position in terms of $$$). That's my theory at least.

It's much more likely that we'll trade down because of other teams looking to trade up. Pioli obviously values 2nd and 3rd rounders. That's what he'll look for, a roll of dimes rather than a $5 bill. |
We will find a way to win a game late in the season that knocks us down 2-3 spots in the draft, missing out on a great player and picking up another LSU piece of junk.
|
Right now I think we are tied for like 12th or something.
|
This team is goning to win atleast 2 more games

If I was going to convert away from the Chargers, why the **** would I choose the Chiefs? |

Well the only way I could see myself not being a Chargers fan is if they leave SD. Til then I'm going to ride.
|
I think Hama's is right. I don't see another win. We'll have the 5th or 6th pick and someone will trade up an Pioli will be all happy crappy. Gronkowski sure looked good. But we got McCluster instead. **** this team.
|
We just have to get ahead of Seattle, Miami, and Washington
|
facing the toughest schedule in the league the rest of the way, i'll say the Chiefs pick 4th overall.
