If this is a stab at Haley, Albert should just shut his hole. He's been an average LT and doesn't have the cred to start crap. Two yard Thomas will teach him some respect. I fully expect for Albert to have a broken hand by day's end.

Based on reputation, and the fact that he made the comment the day he is gone I would suspect this is all Todd.

We played out of the spread a ton during his rookie season.

Him dropping weight has nothing to do with anything, and never has. It's just an example of a theme that catches on here and people just start accepting as fact.

Albert has problems with speed rushers and is often slow out of his stance. Pass protection is about footwork, not leaning on people. If you're leaning on guys in pass protection you probably suck worse than Barry Richardson.
