Crennel

So, does he have the balls to start Stanzi?

Im guessing Orton starts, provided his finger is ok.

I'd like to see him sit Richardson and start Mims.

If he loves his bbq he will start stanzi

He'll start whoever Pioli tells him to.

HemiEd 12-12-2011 10:17 PM

It will be at home, but it is the Packers. I hope he starts Stanzi anyway, but I would bet on Orton.

Rausch 12-12-2011 10:19 PM

I'm ok with Stanzi or Orton...

petegz28 12-12-2011 10:21 PM

I see it this way, if Orton is healthy he plays. If not Palko will start until his 1st **** up then Stanzi will come in.

If Orton is out and Stanzi never sees the field then one of two things are apparent..

1. Pioli is forcing the Palko situation
2. Stanzi sucks that much

kcpasco 12-12-2011 10:21 PM

We have no chance of winning this game. So feed Orton to the wolves

Dr. Johnny Fever 12-12-2011 10:23 PM

Unless Bug is right which he may be, I think Crennel knows he's not the long term head coach and he starts Orton if he's healthy, Stanzi if Orton isn't. Yeah it's a losing proposition but GB's defense isn't great so Stanzi should be "ok" in this situation. I'd be shocked if Palko sees the field again. jmo.

It isn't like GB has a great defense so why not put in Stanzi? It isn't like he is facing Baltimore.

They actually said tonight that Romeo will be seriously considered. The players like him, he has previous HC experience and he is professional.

I am not saying I want Romeo or that they will go with him but it wouldn't shock me either.

Chiefs Pantalones 12-12-2011 10:24 PM

I want Stanzi to play to see what he's got. Not because I'm an Iowa homer like some of these guys ;) I just wanna see what we got in our 5th round pick. Why not?

I see. In that case I really hope Bug is wrong and Crennel starts the QB he wants rather than being a yes man.

Okie_Apparition 12-12-2011 11:37 PM

Romeo Crennel sounds like something Steve Bono couldn't find a decent one of in a KC restuarant

JCharles1981 12-13-2011 12:06 AM

WHY DID WE PICK UP ORTON? He is useless to us, and showed that when he got injured after just one play against the Bears.

This shouldn't even be considered.

Rasputin 12-13-2011 12:26 AM

At least for now Crennel can bring some sincablility to the players. He is soft spoken but when he speaks the players listen to him. There won't be sideline drama going on. It's going help the team in a familure figure with respect from the team. Can't say I want him for next year, but Crennel is good for the rest of the season. We need a stable Coach for long term. Crennel can hold the team in place with out having guys flip out on him.
