Clark Hunt "high-fiving" Chiefs in the Tunnel after the Game?
Heard on the radio today, that after the game in the Tunnel, Clark was there high-fiving everyone as they came in from the victory.
That gives me a warm-fuzzy. Also, as the players were coming in, they were chanting, RAC! RAC! RAC! I find that interesting... anyone else hear this? |
was he on a step-stool while administering high fives?
|
Hmmm....Sounds like a conspiracy to me...

Fantastic. Now go draft a real QB, silver spoon.

The players also gave Crennel a gaiterade bath. On a hunch don't think they would have done the same for Haley.
|
Nothing warm and fuzzy about that...
He just realized that he doesnt have to go out and get a franchise QB and that he doesnt have to go get a new coach... He can stay status quo, rape and pillage the fanbase for money and all is well in 9-7 land... I would high five them also if I was him... He just bent the fans over for another 4-6 years... |
If that is all Clark means by being a "hands on" owner, I'm all for it...

Shows Clark in the hallway and Pioli giving out hugs in the locker room. |
|
Is this the "NEW Chiefs"?
We went from Cold War secrecy to "I want to hug you"?! |

On a side note, Cassel hugging Romeo was classic - the look on his face at the end is priceless. |

I'm surprised Muir found his way back to the locker room.

Of Course he was excited....now fans will show up on Christmas eve, pay for parking, beer and hotdogs!

He was just slipping them free tickets to Columbus Crew games.

Scott really needs to learn how to properly hug. He can't go to the opposite side with his head, that's just awkward.

1 game doesnt define a season or career... Lets see how we do against Oakland and if we can stop the run in Denver... Knee Jerking off to one game isnt much of a sample, considering his other HC experience... |

That's clever. Did you come up with that? |

No, one game certainly doesn't define a career. But one game can be really effective at showing the glaring differences a capable QB and coach can mean to a team. We did lots of the same things we've been doing all year, except Romeo had them fully motivated and prepared to play, and they rewarded him with the biggest upset of the NFL season. Romeo brought in an injured QB who had been with the team for a week, and accomplished more than Haley had done with any other QB on the team. Face it, the defense has been a dominating force lately. And it just so happens that when RAC takes over as head coach, the offense sees instant dramatic improvement because of his decisions as well. But keep dogging his ancient past.. |

Here's another for comparison: after the win against the Browns last year: http://www.kcchiefs.com/media-center...8-25d67eff8816 |

And I will dog his ancient past... Thanks for noticing... |

Do I want to build the franchise around him or Cassel? Absolutely not. I still want a 1st rd QB starting next season. |

I want to build a super bowl team, Its like wanting a superbowl and shitting in your hand... We are used to failure and disappointment. Just comes with the franchise... |

There is no substitute for game experience. But I disagree that you have to struggle through 3 years of learning curves because you think a young qb needs to learn on the job. |

Clark wasn't high fiving. He was collecting $20 from each player to pay for dry cleaning their uniforms.
