Anyone else ever...

Have CP open in your browser, open a new tab, and click CP again? I do it all the time. What is wrong with me! I already have CP open! I don't need it open in two tabs! Har har har. :shake:

luv 03-08-2012 02:51 PM

I do that with facebook, too.

Yep. It makes me feel like an idiot every time. My thought process is just flat out reeruned.

"Hmm, I've been browsing CP a lot today. I should open a new tab and see what else is going on in the world of the internet."

I open a new tab.

"Oh ChiefsPlanet! Let's see what is happening there."

Yep...I have 4 CP tabs open right now. Only reason I do that is because I open multiple threads at a time so I can switch between them easier.

Yeah. Always have at least 2. Usually a couple to craigslist, facebook, gmail.

Dayze 03-08-2012 02:55 PM

yup

yeti 03-08-2012 02:55 PM

Me too. This sounds like standard browsing procedure.

DaFace 03-08-2012 02:58 PM

Yeah, it's a pretty ingrained habit at this point. The worst is when I'm browsing the Planet, think "I'm bored with ChiefsPlanet," then go to my bookmarks...and hit ChiefsPlanet.

Mr. Laz 03-08-2012 03:14 PM

i surf with tabs all the time.

i have the middle click button on my mouse set to 'open link in new tab'

anytime i open a thread or page that i just want to glance at i do it with a new tab so i can just close it and be right back at the main page.

Predarat 03-08-2012 03:18 PM

Sorry. Doesn't mean you're not a wierdo. Just means the planet is full of wierdos.

mnchiefsguy 03-08-2012 03:34 PM

I do it when I am looking a threads past the first page. I open up the threads I want to read in a separate tab so I don't have to backspace in my browser to go back and find my place in thread list.

Tabs are awesome.
