Never cared for tuna, too rubbery and chewy. I gave it a few shots, but the texture kills me lol. Cali roll guy myself.

Just let your sushi sit out for a few hours, spray some strawberry scent on it and it will smell just about the same as a stripper.

I like Sushi because it does not feel like it sits on your gut for 10 hours.... Put away some sushi for lunch and you are plenty hungry to go out for dinner later...

Leftover Pizza and Wings for lunch, Steak and Chops for dinner.

Just Passin' By 07-28-2012 02:05 PM

Last night was fish topped with hot peppers, garlic, shallots, butter and olive oil.

Tonight will be chicken marinated in soy, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and a dash of sugar, then covered in a mustard sauce and grilled.

The chicken turned out great. I'm looking at making Japanese eggplant for the first time either tomorrow or Monday. Does anyone have a good recipe for it?

I made a trip out to Long Beach to see my cuz. We drove to Santa Monica to an awesome sushi bar. Best DAMN SUSHI I've ever HAD! With drinks the bill split per person was 50 bucks but it was worth it.

There's all kind of good sushi in Springfield. One thing that does help is knowing what day the fish is delivered.
