My best friend lost his daughter
 

Today his 32 year old daughter lost her fight with cancer after a 5 year fight. We have cryed cursed and prayed together so many times. She leaves behind two beautiful kids.

She is my sons age.

We fail to say I love you enough and never expect to go through what my friend has endured

Life is not politics or football.

Give your kids a hug tonight.

Disillusioned and jaded lead to resentment and bitterness; look for hope and deeper meaning in the tragedy of such bewildering events. It leads to a much happier place.

So sorry for your loss. As others have said, she was way too young.

The complexity of cancer goes far beyond inhibiting a simple enzyme (the idea behind "getting weiners hard"). I really don't want to detract from the purpose of this thread, but please think before you post something like that.

Losing your child. My God, I can't even imagine. Prayers to that family.

My condolences. My niece lost her fight with cancer last year, and my wife has battled cancer this year. Cancer sucks.

Very sorry to hear this HCF. When children die b4 their parents do especially to cancer it is just absolutely awful. You and your friend's family are in my prayers right now. I lost my father to lung cancer last year and it's just a ruthless disease.

That's horrible. Prayers to the family and I guarantee you I will always treasure every moment with my boy, you just never know.
