Luckily Belcher is the most replaceable guy on the defense IMO. A close 2nd is Lewis. But Brandon Siler should do fine. He's better in coverage anyways.

LOL, Belcher would be a pretty big loss. He wears the speaker in his helmet. He calls the plays on defense. He's the guy Romeo talks to. Belcher makes the reads. Siler is a good back up but that's it. Even Romeo said there was never a competition between the two.

On that note, Belcher will play. He never misses time like the other pussies.

Belcher is average...nothing more. Whether he plays or doesn't play, I don't see a huge difference. Some of you build average into "indispensable".

Nope there isn't. All I am saying is that every Chiefs fan knows in his heart that DJ is known for missing tackles. There are alot of people here who don't want to admit it for some reason. Pretty much any ILB who is around the ball as much as DJ will miss a tackle or two in a game. Getting 14 tackles and missing one isn't a huge deal. It happens.

He's not a great tackler though. That would indicate his tackling ability is special. It's not. Other things make him special. Patrick Willis is an example of what I'd say is a great tackler.

No. Because he wouldn't get to the ball carrier as often. DJ's pursuit is what makes him special... and raw athleticism.

Getting there is a big part of tackling. It doesn't count as a miss if you're not there to do anything.

2nd play on defense - Routt gets a pass interference penalty
3rd play on defense - Berry pulls a groin
4th play on defense - Gonzo makes a spectacular diving touchdown catch

1st play on offense - Bowe drops a pass
2nd play on offense - Hillis fumbles the ball that leads to another Atlanta TD
3rd play on offense - Daboll calls a run play for DMC up the middle for a 2 yard loss
