He's white as Gandalf the White. And trust me did ATL's offense look any different than it did last year? A resounding no. He sucked major dick in Jax. It was run,run, pass (pass for less than 5 yards) EVERYTIME. In a season he'd pass on first down maybe 7 times and I'm not kidding. RUN ON FIRST was basically his motto, it was bullshit.

Yes it did. They were a much more pass oriented offense this year. That's why they brought him in. They went from something like 11th in rushing attempts last year to near the bottom of the league this year. They nearly became one of the few teams in football history with three 1000 yard receivers.

I'm guessing with the Falcons having a successful year teams will interview him if for nothing more than to see how their operation is run and what kind of a guy Koetter is. Buzz is he's a good interview. But he doesn't on the surface fit what either the Browns or Chiefs are publicly claiming that they are looking for...

Their offense was pretty explosive. And that was with Julio being in and out of the lineup for much of the year. Not sure what point you're trying to make because this wasn't some sort of vanilla offense or bad playcalling.

Agreed. Koetter is awful. He was basically Jacksonville's version of Herm Edwards, but at least the Jags didn't make him the HC.

They'd get a lead.....and then take the foot off of the gas. He forced the ball to Turner in an attempt to establish a run game.....instead of actually playing to his player's strengths.

Yes it does. Koetter is a yes man. He took Gene Smith's shit draft picks like he was in a bukkake and was the perfect yes man as an OC in Jax. He didn't do shit to develop any of our players. MoJo was already beast mode to begin with. Marcedes Lewis just wanted to get paid, but he's lazy as ****. And that other slap dick isn't even in the league anymore IIRC. He didn't do shit. He's the perfect coach to be steamrolled and lick his fingers and ask for more. **** that guy.

When the stakes are if the new coach will want to keep or get rid of Pioli, it clearly helps that he be totally 100% removed from the Patriots. Especially when the link is as clean as one single thread to Tom Dimitroff.

Normally I wouldn't give a shit and would just look at the coach for what he could be. Not while Scott still has a job, though. Not now.

I don't think he would be a bad interview. I have to believe that's all he is going to be at this time. There is no way after Haley and Romeo that Clark can bring in another less then exciting hire.
