Now Who is the #1 Pick???
Prediction: Star Star Lotulelei
His heart issue will turn out to be nothing and the Chiefs replace Dorsey with Star. |
It's will be geno smith bank on it
|
Geno Smith.
|
Star can go stick a star up his ass. Don't make anymore threads! N00B!
|
Sharrif Floyd is the likely guess.
|
@TJCarpenterWHB: I still expect the Kansas City Chiefs to draft Luke Joeckel or Eric Fisher number one overall. But remember, the Chiefs REALLY like G. Smith
|
Hoping for Geno.
Predicting they trade down. Even if they don't get full equal value. |

It increases the small hope that Geno is the pick, IMO.

I know I'm hoping for a 2nd LT. We'll be the first team in NFL history with a dual LT attack!
|
The pick always has been GENO SMITH!
|
If anything this means it's likely that the Chiefs have a trade partner in mind.

I think it'll be Sharrif Floyd.
Reid is almost certainly signing Sean Smith as we speak; the last huge hole on this team is RDE. Sam backer can be drafted in later rounds. |

Dion Jordon
Others perhaps... Floyd could still take Joeckel or Fisher Milliner |

if not Geno, I'll take it. |

Chiefs will try their damndest to trade down, obviously. If they must pick at #1, my guess is it is Floyd, or one of the two LT's.
|
Trade down, for Geno (and pick back up a 2nd rounder.)
Yes! PBJ PBJ PBJ |
With the recent developments and the conditional pick for A. Smith being based on starting time, things are quite intriguing.

If I'm Dorsey, I would accept next year picks too. (Hello, Marquise Lee?) |
It has to be Geno.
|
Leon Sandcastle...Nevermind, Pioli is gone.

Milliner. BPA, after all.

They aren't drafting Geno folks. JFC.
|
Want Geno or trade.
Not upset with Floyd or Milliner. |

I wonder if the Rams would want to trade up for a LT. If they sit where they're at....they'll miss out on the top 3.
|
It will totally depend on if Jackson restructures or Dorsey returns. If they both walk then Floyd is the most likely pick. If they keep one or both I could see the CB or a trade down(Jets swap picks for Revis) or with Philly(Philly needs a LT).

Some dude from LSU.

If Alex Smith isn't signed to a bigtime extension by the time the draft rolls around, he HAS TO BE THE PICK. |
They clearly wanna win now, they will take an impact player or trade down, no way they taking geno

Hopefully we sign canty and keep Jackson to prevent another def lineman

Dorsey took Aaron Rodgers in the 1st when they had an established QB on the roster. Reid Took McNabb after grabbing Pederson to be his starter in Philly. Trading for Alex allows them to Draft Geno, develop him under Reid and Alex Smith so he's ready to go in the future and still win NOW. |

I've been saying for a while now that I wouldn't be surprised if Geno is still the pick. Still feel that way.

When Albert signs long term are you assholes going to continue to project LTs to that pick?
It's Geno or Floyd. A trade down is wholly unlikely, but all it takes is one team who wants Geno that damn badly. |

And ecstatic. |

I'm sure Reid and Dorsey both saw how shitty the QBs on our roster are/were. They trade for Alex Smith to solidify the position and then draft one at 1.1 for the future. Maybe they really like Geno Smith....but they don't think that he can come in and instantly start the first year. They let him sit behind Alex for a year. It's not like Alex Smith is ****ing young or proven that he's a franchise QB. |

Dear lord lol. You guys are torturing yourselves if you think Geno is a chance.

I hope they trade down several times and pick up not only a second in 2013, but picks in 2014. |

I defintely see geno smith now.

Do I want them to draft a LT #1? No. But, I think you have to be kidding yourself if you believe there's no chance it will happen. They did just trade away what amounted to a mid first rounder for Alex ****ing Smith. |
Quote:
That is not even remotely close to the same scenario. Favre was an aging franchise QB they already had. They did not just trade for a vet and then draft Rodgers. Quote:
Obviously I meant in the same year. |

Trade, Geno, or Dee.

There are so many guys that could have immediate impact, from Eifert and Ertz to Tavon Austin and so on. |
