Holland had no control last night, let alone command. Once that was clear, you can question whether you go get the ball and tell him it isn't his night (though at that point, the only stud guy available was Tim Collins, who had thrown quite a few pitches the day before), but then you're hitting you're closer's confidence pretty severely.

He almost worked his way out of it. The back-to-back strikeouts snuffed any chance of going to someone else at that point.

It's amazing how streaky this series has been. The Phillies dominated the first 4-5 innings of Friday's game... then the Royals took over and dominated through the 9th inning last night, and now it feels like the Phillies have all the momentum.
