Branden Albert and Jeff Allen tops in Pro Bowl balloting...
1 Attachment(s)
Did CP rig another voting poll that I wasn't aware of?
Check it out here: http://www.nfl.com/probowl/story/0ap...ive-weeks-left Apparently Branden Albert received more votes than any other LT in the league. Actually, he was the highest voted offensive lineman, period. That's not so bad? Well, OK. Jeff mother****ing Allen received the second highest amount of votes for guards behind Zane Beadles LMAO In other, less fantastic news, Jamaal is the third most-voted player in the league behind Peyton and Brees while Poe, Hali, Berry and Colquitt were top 2 based on their respective positions. |
Wat?
|
Cool
|
undefeated team = all the players get votes
|
uhhhhhhhhhhhhh
|
If Elvis Grbac can be the sexiest man alive, I don't see why Jeff Allen can't go to the Pro Bowl
|
Jeff Allen?
JEFF ALLEN? The Jeff Allen that plays for the Kansas City Chiefs? |
Oh my god.
CP - I think this has to happen. We have to get Jeff !@#$ing Allen into the Pro Bowl. Can we start a "I never do this, but I have a friend...." thread? The power of the planet has won park renovations and cutest baby contests, surely we can get this worthless pile of Pioli into the Pro Bowl. |
Shit I am going to go vote for justin houston for the rest of the night
|
Albert's having a pretty good year, but not Pro Bowl quality.
Allen is wtf |
testimony to the influx of NFL fan stupidity
|
Sherman should be in over Tolbert at FB.
|
This o-line is perfectly fine, and can even boast Pro Bowl quality on the interior.
Which leads di-rectly to... http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showt...0#post10208140 |

I figured it out
Allen is at the very top of the page Beadles is right below him lololol |
No KC offensive lineman is worthy of Pro Bowl consideration. Except 1.1 of course.

of pro bowl voting. |
The good news is that we would never have to hear "Well Matt Cassel made a Pro Bowl" ever again.
Because there wouldn't be a more cutting response in the world than "yeah? So did Jeff Allen..." Does anyone else think this is just a devious ploy by Elway and the Broncos to make sure we don't dump this shithead in favor of Schwartz? |
Actually you probably can make a case for Albert based on the fact that his PBE is way up there with the 3 best LTs in the AFC this season.
Allen, no way. http://i.imgur.com/0DPU6fO.jpg |

Here we are talking about how everyone outside of Albert is having a poor year, and for some reason people around the league are voting for Allen? Puzzling
|
Albert is the only one worthy of PB talk.
Everyone else has sucked. Jeff Allen? queue in "LOL Wut" pear. |

The players and coaches votes aren't released publicly. |
Gotta be confused with the long time "Allen" in Dallas. This is priceless. "Jeff Johnson, the name you KNOW!"

That makes no sense.
Allen has been a piece of shit all season. If someone is in the backfield, they've as likely dragged their nut cup over his helmet than anyone else on the line. |
Asamoah starts with an A. Where is he?
|
If Alberts goes into the pro bowl he will want top money to get resign and where is Justin Houston name at? Why is he not in there?

Awesome
|
Allen must have an extended family.
|
Maybe they are thinking of Jared Allen?
|
Why would anyone want to vote for that POS? Even as a joke? Seriously.
|
Shame they dont show us the votes for every starter for each team. Would be interesting.
|
I'm gonna go and vote them down simply for the fact that I'm sure a lot of guys have bonus clauses if they're named to the Pro Bowl. Just trying to save us some $$$ so we have all the cap space possible for our wizard GM.
... and, no I'm not talking about voting down our guys that deserve it like Houston, Hali, etc. Besides, Allen- are you ****ing kidding me? I also fear what a mess our line will be next season if Albert does walk, because Fisher sure doesn't invoke confidence at assuming our LT position at this point. |
Jeff Allen? LMAO Stupid ****ing fans.

Chiefs fans obviously spamming it.
|
Yeah bitches. 2 Chiefs lineman heading to the probowl. Next Alexcuse please?
|
Albert's biggest struggle this year has been penalties other than that he is and has been for a few years as good of a tackle as there is outside of Cleveland. Jeff Allen isn't worthy of starting in the pro bowl lol no doubt about that, but the unrelenting scrutiny of his performance week after week on this thread is pathetic, and is possibly due to delirium built up from ski high expectations for o lineman. In 2010 we statistically had the #1 o line and yet this forum was calling for Barry Richardson's job the whole season. This is an improving o line, and Jeff Allen is an improving part of it.
|
LMAO

This is fantastic. Jeff Allen.
Next thing we know, Alex Smith will be in the PB. |

Oh, I'm sure there are many little Trufie's just piss-pounding away at their keyboards, both in the mid west and on the west coast in order to make the dream a reality. Me? I voted for Geno. |

First order of business in the offseason will be to announce that the Chiefs are willing to trade their Pro-Bowl guard, Jeff Allen.

Oh... |
Further proof that they need to eliminate fan input, current coaches and players only.
Alberts been our only steady presence, but i wouldn't call it pro bowl presence. Allen? LMAO |
Eric Fisher might be outplaying Jeff Allen.
Eric. Fisher. |

An improving line? LMAO... are you watching actual games or talking about Madden 2013? Because this line is actually getting worse as we go, not better. They don't do a single ****ing thing well, nothing. |
Albert has been pretty average, which is what I think he is. A league average left tackle.
With a line that has chumps lining up at the 3 interior line positions and a rookie at the other tackle spot, why as a defensive coordinator would you attack Albert? His numbers are probably being inflated by the rest of the line being bad. |
Quote:
Asamoah's overall rating in Madden has actually gone up since the game first came out in August. He's been bumped up to 90 from an 88. Kind of shocking. |
Quote:
I'd put him at an overall of 83. |

He's basically covered on both sides by two rookies given Hudson's limited experience. That's got to make your job tough. |
