Fivehead or Phillis

Just trying to see how deep the hate runs here for both of our rivals QB's. With the Dungver vs Chargers matchup this week got me to thinking.....

Which QB would you rather see make it to the AFC Championship Game and/or into the SB?

I don't want either one to win the SB but in the interest of representing the AFC West, which one would you prefer to see make it the farthest? One of them is going to make it into the AFC Championship game this weekend so what say ye?

My hate runs deepest for Fivehead. For obvious reasons because of his previous affiliation with the Colts and now the Broncholes.

So my vote would be for Phyllis to make a deeper run into the playoffs.

Mr_Tomahawk 01-08-2014 09:21 AM

Phyllis, and it isn't even close.

ILChief 01-08-2014 09:22 AM

On an individual basis, I hate Rivers more. But I hate the Broncos much more than San Diego, so I will say I'd rather Rivers make it further

Dayze 01-08-2014 09:22 AM

Rivers
I like him when he's not playing us

chaz 01-08-2014 09:23 AM

Go Broncos!

AussieChiefsFan 01-08-2014 09:25 AM

Rather see the Chargers advance, any day.

Old Dog 01-08-2014 09:26 AM

I hate the Broncos less than only the Raiders. I'm somewhat apathetic about the Chargers, so Rivers in a landslide.

mazrim1978 01-08-2014 09:28 AM

Donkies can die in an aids infested fire. Go Phyllis

Reaper16 01-08-2014 09:29 AM

I have no ill will towards Peyton as an individual. But I detest the Broncos. So go ahead and win it all, Rivers. I don't care.

ShowtimeSBMVP 01-08-2014 09:30 AM

Rivers

BlackHelicopters 01-08-2014 09:30 AM

Rivers in a run away.

Nightfyre 01-08-2014 09:31 AM

**** Peyton Manning. He is what, 10-1 against the Chiefs in his career? Plus he played for Indianapolis. Knocked us out in 2006 and 2003. It's ****ing personal, now.

I don't think I can handle all the fallout if Rivers wins the SB. Just winning this weekend against Fivehead is sufficient.:thumb:

FRCDFED 01-08-2014 09:31 AM

Wish I knew how to make this a poll.

Prison Bitch 01-08-2014 09:33 AM

Rivals? Ha! We're not their rivals in the least. We pulled the 0-4 donut vs them this year, and we have been totally irrelevant for an entire generation now. Lets just call them division foes

No need to.

99% would be voting for Phyllis...

cosmo20002 01-08-2014 09:35 AM

Rivers would kind of tick me off just because of how the Chargers squeaked into the playoffs with the BS end of the KC-SD game. Then sseing the Chiefs implode and the Chargers advance in the playoffs. :banghead:

I was thinking this too, but if they manage to beat Denver, that missed FG will actually be worth it.

TheUte 01-08-2014 09:45 AM

No question Rivers.

I hated five head even before the he went to the Donks, now holy shit didn't know I could dislike anyone some much.

I agree completely. If it happens we can say we did it intentionally for that purpose! :thumb:

The best way to defend against the evil that is Fivehead is for him to face Phyllis!

Jimmya 01-08-2014 09:50 AM

absolutely, perfectly 'this'

Clyde Frog 01-08-2014 02:57 PM

How about the 106 confirmed cases of AIDS option for the win, on Sunday?

Seriously though, Phyllis ftw this week and a then hoping for a blowout loss to the Pats next week. Trying to pick the lesser of evils week by week is proving tough. I absolutely hate all of the teams that are left. Pats are the least hated team remaining.

ottawa_chiefs_fan 01-08-2014 03:42 PM

Can you imagine the pressure on the refs to enable Manning to win this one? Chargers will have to beat the refs AND Denver. Manning vs. Brady..... there is no WAY this will not happen if the games are close.

Yeah this. Manning goes back to Colt hate, combined with Denver hate. It isn't even close.

BigCatDaddy 01-08-2014 03:49 PM

Rivers is bad ass. Peyton has the AIDS.

Pablo 01-08-2014 03:52 PM

Easily Rivers.

rico 01-08-2014 03:57 PM

Phyllis ...he makes me laugh with his dramatic shenanigans.

rocknrolla 01-08-2014 04:01 PM

Rivers all day. I hope they win the whole thing. I used to despise Rivers, he showed a lot of passion this season. Hes a really funny hillbilly.

Phyllis for five Alex

BIG PHIL AND THE BOLO ALL DAY BABY WOOOOOO

Red Brooklyn 01-08-2014 04:51 PM

I like Manning as a QB more than Rivers. But I ****ing HATE the Broncos. And I have a healthy fun rivalry-based dislike for the Bolts.

But if Manning wins it all maybe he'll go away forever and my team will never have to play him ever again... maybe...

Gun to head? I'd have to say Rivers.

Red Dawg 01-08-2014 04:52 PM

I want Denver to fail. Rivers hands down and then they will lose to whoever comes from the NFC.

chaz 01-08-2014 04:58 PM

Let's go guys, let's all get on the bandwagon, Go BRONCOS!

Marcellus 01-08-2014 05:00 PM

Where is the Gaz option? **** em both.

I am rooting for Caveman.

Hammock Parties 01-08-2014 06:31 PM

Philip Rivers is awesome.

Go Philip!

Hammock Parties 01-08-2014 06:31 PM

I would actually love to see the Chargers win a Super Bowl.

We could finally end all the bullshit about "Rivers is a loser" around here.

Fritz88 01-08-2014 06:33 PM

I actually want Rivers to win it and win it all.

I don't like the Chargers, but I hate Denver.

MTG#10 01-08-2014 06:35 PM

Rivers. I wouldn't even be that upset if they won their first Superbowl. Denver can eat a bag of dicks. The whole city, football fans or not.

Eleazar 01-08-2014 06:52 PM

I don't have anything against Manning. I hate the Broncos, not really him.

Rivers is just a crybaby, I don't take him all that seriously.

beach tribe 01-08-2014 06:55 PM

I wonder if the rigged crew will still ride that train if the chargers win.

007 01-08-2014 06:56 PM

Same here.

Gadzooks 01-08-2014 07:45 PM

Reading this thread warms my heart.

(With the exception Cochise. You can go suck a dick baby. WOOOoooo).

Easy 6 01-08-2014 07:48 PM

The softening that the passage of time provides, allows me to appreciate the Chargers plight much more than I did week 17... so no, they DO NOT deserve to be in the hunt... but if it had to happen to a division rival, why not the one with ZERO Super Bowls on their resume.

I've been a fan of underdogs since almost forever and have always felt bad for any franchise in any sport that hasnt yet been bestowed the honor of Champion... it certainly makes it harder how these guys got in, but truth be told, I wouldnt be furious if Eggo took it all.

Atleast they didnt kick our injured player, and atleast off the field, Rivers isnt such an unlikeable guy, so they got that goin for'em... they DID NOT beat us week 17, but go get'em since we cant.

Lets see a Chargers vs Saints matchup and may the best team win.

Mile High Mania 01-08-2014 08:02 PM

The Chargers certainly know how to play against Denver, it's going to be a close and hard fought game. Welker is back, he wasn't there in the loss. Denver with Manning is 3-1 vs SD. If nothing else, Denver is determined and focused not to blow it again in the same round as last season.

I think it's close until the 4th and Denver ends up with a 13 point win, something like 37-24.

MahiMike 01-08-2014 08:04 PM

Normally I'd say Rivers but I'm really hoping Manning wins so he can retire.

Unless I read it wrong, they're committed to that salary # next season, so either way I believe he comes back.

He will come back next year. If he wins the SB this year he will want to go for a 3rd to pass his brother.

I'm telling you... this has the makings for a repeat of Elway's final 3 years in Denver. Horrible and shocking loss to the Jags early in Denver in 96, only to return the next two seasons to finish as champs. One can hope, right?

How cool would that be... another kickass QB riding off into retirement after B2B titles... way too cool. :D
