I've been with you on this Geno Smith bonanza. Any QB won't succeed with the NYJ with an offense like theirs last season. He was set up for failure. He's going to be a beast sooner or later. Give him a line, offensive weapons and better coaches. Boom done.

EJ played some decent games but was hurt for a big chunk of the middle of the season. He only had two multi-interception games, however. He seems capable of taking care of the football.

The guy played like Herm Edwards was his brain.

I'd MUCH rather see a young QB taking risks with the ball and learning early on the job than playing scared.
