It really sucks that your team has been so terrible for so long. Its making it harder to hate them. Ive always hated the Broncos more than any other team in the league and the Raiders the second most but if they continue this level of suck for much longer I might start to hate the Chargers more and that's just not natural.

It's gonna take a while for change to happen, Raiders Purged the team and it shows, Raiders have bright spots to build around and they will get better but they desperately need another good draft with gems that can start immediately.

Raiders will have to trade down to get a team that can compete again...

They need an established coach to come in and change the culture.

I DEFINITELY hate the Colts more, now. Used to be the Raiders, setting firmly in that #2 spot.

That will happen, Early on I never would have thought Jon Gruden would want to come back but I am reading from reputable sources he is interested... Of course he will be allotted way more control than before, I don't even know if the game has passed him by but we will see in the off season.

I expect Jon Gruden will take over this franchise very soon after the last game is played this year.

I am a HUGE fan of my team but I am also a realist .. It's very hard to hurt my feelings talking down my team, I love the rivalry and the Raider hate. I want you guys to hate us again, thats when I know we can resume kicking your asses. We got nothing right now, I watch Kahlil Mack as much as the screen allows, better watch that kid, he don't have any sacks yet but they double team and chip him constantly and he still gets to the back for a loss...

No harm, it didn't bother me, it just wasn't relevant anymore is why I requested it..

I was about 8 or 9 years old and watched them on tv at a friends house and loved the way they dominated back then (1976 or so)

Been a fan every since... Actually had to get a paper back then to find out if they had won on Monday...

they also used to dominate on MNF and I remember them coming back from 35-0 at the half to beat the Saints

I have been hooked every since..

What established coach would go there? They have a reputation for firing coaches every 2 years. No decent coach would bother with that. It's the reason why they can only get bozos to accept coaching jobs now.
