Does CP allow spam on their board?

I did a quick google search of "ram29jackson" and scrolled threw 5 pages and he has registered and started the "NFL is rigged" thread and proceeded to spam these forums and get banned from half of them (I did about 10 minutes of research).

He spends all day spamming NFL boards with his nonsense and most of them are wise enough to ban the guy ... I realize this board is loosely moderated (and that's the best part about ChiefsPlanet), but this guy has really got to go. Unfortunately, I feel as if he thinks he's found a home here since he hasn't been banned ... and it's really hard to talk football when he enters every thread and does his whole stupid ass "football is rigged! haha you simpletons!" schtick. Everyone falls for the bait (including me) and I don't want to give this pathetic troll who spends all day trying to troll forums because he clearly has no life any sort of satisfaction.

I remember when I first joined, I counted literally 5 threads within a few days in which this ****nut responded to somebody with "onto ignore you go!" I kinda brushed it off, until a few months later in a Chiefs thread about Jamaal Charles. I quoted a post of his with a somewhat snarky reply, and he responded within seconds saying "have fun on ignore!"

The beauty of him using DaFace's ignore app is that he'll never respond to anything I say for now on. I can literally call the guy's mom a whore, and he'll just keep quoting the posts around me.

Seeing how many boards he's been on trying to spread his message kind of makes me sad....I picture a lonely boy covered in acne in his mom's basement typing on his laptop with his loyal wiener dog on one side and an empty jar of peanut butter on the other.
