He's quietly having a solid season. I know that will piss some people off because he isn't playing like a former #1 overall pick, but it's the truth. The bottom line is if he becomes an above average LT it was still much better than taking Joeckel, which is what Pioli and mostly all the other GM's would've done.

Fisher has done a nice job this season after his ankle sprain. It was nice seeing him stick up for West after that guy tried to rip his foot off. I really liked the fire I saw from the young guys. West tried to fight that crazy man James Harrison. Peters tried to fight the ref. Ok he probably needs to calm down a bit. But I still like the fire. That O line group could probably be pretty decent if they can stop missing blitz pickups and stunts. Most of those guys don't get beat too often as individuals. They did a nice job with that againt Pitt though.

His preseason play at LT, along with injuries elsewhere along the line, made it a calculated risk that him there, and shuffling others around him was preferable to him anywhere else on the line, or a backup backup taking his place for a spell.

Not the most elegant sentence, but it sums up the inelegance of the strategy.

He'll never be as good as Willie Roaf, but then most LTs aren't.

Ford was also key in the 4th down stop. He made the initial stop and then Berry helped clean it up.

Fisher and Ford both showed something on Sunday. Love seeing it. We still need a quarterback, but I'm glad to see other pieces might not be the flaming dumpster fires we were fearing.

Ford looked solid against Pittsburgh. His first step is just insane. He probably won't ever be excellent in run support or pass coverage, but he at least looked passable yesterday.

He's not getting snaps because Sutton has no idea how to get him on the field. Which is a shame. Especially at this stage in Tamba's career.

I'm actually in Orlando. Of course there are tons of bars and places to go. The reason I don't go is just that I get really passionate about the games. I tend to watch them alone because the ebb and flow of the game usually really ****s with my emotions. Should we lose, I'd prefer to be pissed off and despondent in the comfort of my own home so people don't judge me.

Dude, I don't know how you can watch them on a stream. It's so awful. I think you'd be better off at a sports bar while learning how to control your emotions.

Lewdog's got it right, although Sunday Ticket streaming is actually much more affordable now. I think it was only like $150 or something for the entire season.

The entire Sunday Ticket and all the extras only cost me $167.

I'd drink and eat that much in Hollywood in two Sunday's, then come home hungry, especially since parking is $15 and beers are $10 dollars plus tip.
