Just wanted to say congrats on the ass beating
The Jets never seem to disappoint me. That was tough to sit through, and I apologize for that embarrassing performance lol. But once again the arrowhead game day experience did not disappoint. I've been to a lot of stadiums across the country and hands down arrowhead is one of the best game day experiences. From the tailgate to the Chiefs fans.
It was great seeing Bugeater and guru and montie and luvs dad and his crew again. And I finally got to meet Stevie Ray and OTW58. I hope everybody liked the pork roll. I brought about 5 lbs to the tailgate and it all went. Congrats on the win and thanks again for the great hospitality. I had an awesome time! |

What the hell? D2112 is a Jetsss fan? I never knew. Shows how much I pay attention but then again I'm too broke to ever pay attention.
Not sorry we thumped the Jetsss but glad you had a good time anyways. |
new forum who dis?

Glad you had a good time before the game. I'm happy with the results, but it sucks that you had to travel so far to watch that display from your team.... Good luck on the rest of your teams season.

Sorry I missed ya this time. This being a parent thing is pretty limiting on my leisure time right now. :) Glad you had a good time at least.

Go Chiefs. I hope the NYJ make you happy for any game we don't play you in.

Your dad and the whole crew were awesome! He got a pork roll slider and I blew the cooks mind that I remembered his great scrambled egg jambalaya from two years ago. |

I thought your QB graded out perfectly.

I wouldn't really call it an ass beating. You guys were in the game until that killer pick six by DJ. I am surprised they didn't pull Fitz after his 4th one. Your back up must be pretty bad. I think the Jets will bounce back-that D line is pretty scary.

It was great to see you as well!! Great tailgating and your Pork Roll was amazing! I'd love to know where you get it. :)
Also, I apologize for the agonizingly long game of beer pong. ROFL |

http://jerseyporkroll.com/cats/taylor-ham-pork-roll/ We were eating Taylor ham pork roll. I shipped 6lbs to bugs house with two day shipping. I would recommend next day if it's warm out. It's smoked but you gotta keep it refrigerated. Enjoy! |
Glad you had a good time but not sorry for how the game turned out.
Your backup QB must be pathetic. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Chiefs fans and the city of Kansas City, I just want to say thank you for an amazing time and being so welcoming. The stadium is beautiful and the atmosphere is just...wow. I thought the "loudest stadium" thing was just a gimmick, but boy was I wrong. Third downs were deafening! Leaving the stadium and people banging on the walls doing the Chop Chant (is that what you call it?) celebrating the win gave me goose bumps and worthy of taking a video showing everyone back home how passionate you guys are. Leaving our section, people were shaking our hands saying "good game" and some folks even wanted to take pictures with us. Unfortunately I didn't get to experience a "real tailgate", we decided to do one of those all you can drink/eat packages in what looked like a designated "tailgate zone" that had tents and a big TV showing redzone. What a fantastic concept! As far as the city goes, I have to plead ignorance. I thought I would be in the middle of nowhere with cornfields and bare land everywhere, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the beautiful lights of the city. The Power and Light district was probably my favorite part, like a playground for adults. And everything is so cheap compared to NYC prices! Westport and Country Club Plaza were both really cool little areas as well. Very surprisingly fun nightlife! We got a chance to check out the WW1 Museum which was spectacular and had amazing views of the city. Also got to check out the College Basketball Experience which was an absolute blast with all the interactive things you can do. Last but not least, the BBQ. Man, I wish I had more time to try out all the different places people raved about. Ended up going with Joes and Gates. I was burping up delicious smokey goodness all day. Mouth watering just thinking about it. Definitely worth the long lines. TL;DR - Kansas City, you are awesome. Your fans are awesome, your city is awesome, your food is awesome. You people are some of the nicest people I have ever met and go out of your way for amazing hospitality. When people asked us "Why Kansas City?" this weekend, I said "because its different". I hope if I come back in the future, I can say "because its awesome!" (P.S- I received a few messages from my post last week asking me about my experience so I thought it would be OK to share) |

Hope your QB can rebound. Over the years, I've taken great pride in the Chiefs killing QBs careers, Leaf, JaMarcus, Jeff George, etc, there have been many who saw the writing on the wall after a bad day in Arrowhead.
Terrell Pryor was at WR shortly after 3rd and 48, Carr showed SERIOUS chinks in the armor last year. Fitzie is a bit of a conundrum. We introduced him to a career killer Sunday, but he punked us BIG TIME when he was with the Bills, so it's not a flaw in him, per se. Just a bad day for schemes and matchups. Now that we've beaten you, I have no problem with you wreaking havoc on the rest of the league [and not just you in particular with your pork rolls, either]. |

And they had 10 ****ing days to prepare for this game. |

Also was getting hit on by very attractive Chiefs fan while her boyfriend went to the bathroom, that was fun too!! Haha and me and bugeater were on tv in the stands last time around! |

The 10-10 tie Chiefs-v-Browns back in the early 90s. It was a PitA at the time because our offense couldn't get out of it's own way. But coming into that game, Kosar was on a comeback tear. He'd finally got over the loss of Schottenheimer and was tearing up the league. IIRC they were first in their division when they came in, and we tore him up. He retired within a season, and the Browns have never been the same, including losing their franchise altogether for a while. It's those shockwave kinds of battles I love about the game. |
Hey thanks, those games happen.

Just wanted to say one more thing about how cool the Chiefs fans were. There was a kid in front of me that was drunk and just wouldn't sit down and wasn't even watching the game. He was about 120lbs soakin wet with change in his pocket. I asked him nicely "hey can you sit down?" "**** you you're a Jets fan" lol so after that two Chiefs fans who I didn't know asked me to give them his seat number and they called security on the douche. How cool was that?
