We had plenty of larruping victuals to go around. We could have used more help yelling at the TV during the game.

I have smoked....wait...

Nobody knows how many briskets I have smoked, but this one was my best ever. Used pecan and maple wood chunks.

Left on the smoker a little longer due to cold weather overnight.

I am afraid I now have set the bar too high for even me. Perfect brisket.

I also made some "Dinny's Best Good Candy".

Get a big bag of Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips, melt them and stir in a bag of shelled pistachios. Spread on parchment paper and chill. Break into bite size pieces and store in the Frigidaire.
