Just steal them from Publix like Jameis

Just go to decent grocery store and get some King crab legs. Don't get the ones that are already defrosted at the counter but ask for frozen, those will be the freshest you can get in the mid-west unless you want to pay big bucks for overnight shipping from the coast. Melt some butter and steam those legs and you won't be sorry.

**** crab legs. Overpriced bullshit for zero meat. Don't get me wrong it's good, but not worth the price. King crab a lb here in Cali is $28 a lb. Go **** yourself crabs.

The best places to eat crab legs serve them with the shell split longways, so not much work left to do. Don't find those places often.

It always cracks me up when chefs/restaurants say they have "fresh" Alaskan King Crab. All Alaskan King Crab has to be killed/cooked before distribution else they be full of nastiness and toxins.

Belly meat off a big old Flathead catfish is better.

You're right about that |

And these Chinese buffets just serve shitty snow crab. Until you've had huge ass Alaska Golden King Crab, you haven't really had crab. Get a good 5-6 pounds and sear some wild Alaska scallops, serve with melted butter and vintage Champagne. Good living. Otherwise, don't bother me with "crab". |
