Hip hip hooray!

If my calculation is correct, the Chiefs have nearly $11 million in cap space available.
|
Why the hell didn't they convert him to a defensive tackle . He was always in the backfield.
God our coaches are stupid! |
Just like he always seemed to release the DL into the backfield.
Touche' mother****er. |

One of the most garbage OL signings we've had since Nsuckwe.

Don't let the door hit you in the ass... Jah...
|
He had a few decent moments, but overall not a good player... and now more cap room for us.

Didn't Reid play well against JJ Watt week 1 2 years ago? It was downhill ever since.

He gave up 2 sacks and 6 QB pressures with a gameplan designed to do nothing but go away from Watt and throw the ball quickly. The Chiefs got out to an early lead due to STs and Defense so they never needed him to do much. Which was great because he damn sure didn't. He got his ass kicked in that game. But people had such an absurdly ridiculous hard-on for Fisher failing that they kept trying to argue that Reid was actually good and should replace Fisher. It was goddamn reeruned. Reid got massacred in that game but nobody wanted to admit it. Reid's been terrible virtually his entire time here. He had one or two decent games at RG, IIRC, but that's it. One play in the playoff game. ONE ****ING PLAY. And as the 3rd tackle on the field he got smoked so badly that Smith couldn't get off a simple 3-step drop and got hit as he threw for the key turnover of the game. One ****ing play. I hope he slips on his way to the airport and drowns in a bucket of piss. |

His best stretch of play was towards the end of 2015. |
Never understood why a white family would name their kid Jah.
Doesn't matter anymore. |

He's not terrible, just playing out of position. He's a serviceable guard. Terrible tackle. Feet aren't quick enough in pass pro.

He seemed like a likable fellow. Good luck to him going forward.

Seriously, how badly does a guy have to suck to get cut 3 hours before a game when the team doesn't even HAVE to make a roster move?
"That's okay, Jah - we'll just play with 89..." He's going to be in there cleaning out his locker while guys are getting ready for the game. That's just cold-blooded as hell. And it's not like he can even latch on prior to week 4 or anything - the games are TONIGHT. It's the equivalent of firing someone before they get on the bus. And yes, he deserved it. ****ing hell he was awful. |
It's happening!
|
For the best
|
I figured he was the cut to out Erving in and they are atill @ 90.
|
Edmond Mussa approves this roster move.
|
So Isaiah Battle and the Hawkins kid are protecting Pat tonight?
|
So that leaves them at 11 ish mil. Wonder if they're looking to sign someone?

Haden's Pittsburg deal boiled down to a 1 year and we'll see kind of thing. As usual.
I really wish we had some more picks to deal. I think Shady could be had |

I'd really like to have another wr in here as well. Any ideas?

I didn't realize his 2017 salary was guaranteed. They'll probably have to chip something in to get him moved. I don't think I'd take on $2 million more in cap than Lane is probably worth for a mere 5th though. And if I'm Seattle, my cap situation isn't so dire that I'd give up a 4th to move a guy who's still a productive player. Not when I still have to eat his remaining bonus and only free up $4 million in space. Probably something that a team like SF with a shitload of cap space should consider, though. Or Cleveland (now that Haden's gone). |
