Gonna be close as to whether or not the Chiefs get him or not.

I hope we play him. We need to prove we are "contenders" and in my mind we have not especially this last weekend.

They beat 3 possibly 4 potential playoff teams so far. They've proven it.

Hey if we play Philly and Wash when they are healthy I say they beat us now. Not trying to be negative Nancy here but we were lucky Wash was beat up and we had Philly early on before they got their mojo going. All things equal I say Philly and Wash beat us now.

Bewbies 10-17-2017 06:12 PM

He’s gonna be out for the fantasy playoff, which is why all of us drafted him in the first place. Boo this man!

Philly wasn’t relatively healthy when we played them?

Also, we were pretty banged up against Washington too.

Philly was I agree but they hadn't got their mojo quite down on offense. Wash was more beat up than us IMHO. Do we beat Philly and Wash now all things equal ? I say not until we get more physical in our game. Both Philly and Wash were more physical than we were IMHO when we played them.

? Philly scored 30 against Washington the week before. Their only loss is to KC.

Houston was coming off a game they scored 57 the week before KC. Chiefs are hardly catching offenses mid slump.

Haven't proven we're contenders? Out of our 5 wins, 4 are against teams likely headed to the playoffs. Did you drink an ice cold glass of down's syndrome this morning?

I'm talking "NOW" all things equal. Based on our "lack" of physicality against the Steelers I say Philly wins "now".

We are not that physical in the trenches my friend and IF we are going far into the playoffs we better find some serious attitude soon.

Mark my words, if we don't start getting physical in the trenches it will be "rinse and repeat" as usual.

Pitt is one game out of 6 where they were missing 3 starters on the online and were probably peeking ahead a little to Oakland who they play 4 days later. If they lay an egg Thursday then maybe I start getting concerned. Pitt has had the Chiefs number for a while now. 1 loss to one of the top three teams in the AFC doesn't suddenly negate what they did the first 5 games. It's hard to go undefeated, especially with the gauntlet KC had the first two months.

It was pretty apparent the chiefs didn't bring their A game Sunday and yet they still had a shot in the 4th quarter. Regardless, even with Elliot Dallas is the third best team in their division.

And maybe if we had Berry, Morse, LDT, Conley and Wilson we beat the Steelers last week. I don't see the point of your argument.

Your anxiety is showing a bit here and I am not trying to :Poke: you here either. You are a good dude. Notice what I bolded in your reply here. Why has Pitt had our number for awhile ? IMHO when you go back and watch all those games closely and heck you don't even have to watch closely, they physically dominate us in the trenches, PERIOD !!! IMHO our guys are intimidated and refuse to match or surpass their intensity/physicality. Andy was a bit in denial in his press conference after this last Sunday when he said, Pitt are two different teams from last year and there was nothing the same from last year's playoff game to this game. The only difference and he stated was that our first drive last year we drove down and scored the first series BUT after that it was "carbon copy" of last years playoff game. Okay Pitt has gotten better in the 2ndary, but other than that Pitt once again "threw us around like rag dolls". Even IF Morse,LDT and Ehinger play we still get tossed around. Morse and LDT played last year.

Bottom line: Pitt "pass rushed" and "rushed" at will on us these past few years because they flat out are more "physical" than we are and we need some serious attitude adjustment IMHO because we are physically intimidated by them and you can see it.

Nope. All 5 played last year as well and got dominated.

If by dominated you mean lost by 2 points because Fish tried to choke out a DE, then, yeah...

My opinion is Pitt is simply a matchup problem for the Chiefs for what they like to do. Sutton's defense of dropping guys into coverage rather than attacking most of the game works great against quick pass happy teams but leaves them vulnerable against the run which is what Pitt and Bell Excel at.

Buehler445 10-17-2017 07:37 PM

I get your point BUT match up problem or not we get pushed around waaaaaaaaay too easy in the trenches.

We lost by 2. They never got in the end zone. I hardly call that dominated. But I believe that we had our fair share of injuries for that game as well. A healthy Charles could have been the difference. Or maybe a healthy DJ.

If Pitt could push us around Dallas will ****ing MAUL us with their O line.

I could see Zeke sitting and they still run on us for 6.2 per carry...

This is why it's the only real test remaining for us.

Dallas is putting up 30 on us.

MVP Alex or die in a fire.

Good news is their defense is total....manure.

They're terrible all over but completely inept at pass defense...

Red Dawg 10-17-2017 07:54 PM

I used to think judges were smart but it's pretty clear they aren't. No player has ever beat the CBA in court but these dumbass Judges keep letting players skip suspension only to hear an argument and rule against them.

When they need Zeke he will not be there being suspended in December. If he had just shut his stupid mouth and took his medicine it would have been over by now. What a dumb shit.

Hey 12-3 score felt and looked like 28-0 based on us getting tossed around. And I think most people especially Fisher after watching this vid would be scared of a 38 yr old man than can push 1800 lbs. Watch some of his other work out vids it is great psychological warfare for sure playing his opponents.

I don't give two shits if the entire Cowboys team is suspended for their game vs the Chiefs. A win is a win.

Most TACKLES are afraid of a healthy Houston.

He's a FREAK OF NATURE. He shoves them aside, or down, or just bulls them on their ass.

RT's fear the day they face Houston...

He is our only player on D that the opponents really fear. Pitt has about 5 players.

themselves as a team because right now the Chiefs are intimidated by the Steelers and why they are in the heads of the Chiefs.

Intimidation which leads to inferiority and the Chiefs as a whole feel inferior to the Steelers. It shows. We may go 12-4 or 14-2, 13-3 or 15-1 but that doesn't mean jack if we get our manure pushed back in because as George said, we choose not to play with an AFC North type of attitude.

No...but it's a step in the right direction.

We drop that one I won't have a single shred of hope in the team's postseason chances.

Dallas isn't even good. I fully expect the Chiefs to win that game and it would prove nothing about their postseason chances.
