There are so many Chief fans that wanted him off the team after he kneeled for the anthem. Top that with his field antics and he is probably one of the most hated chiefs ever by this fanbase, even while putting up elite numbers.

Not only that, the lack of interest from other teams is a MAJOR red flag. It sucks, but try to look at it positively. It's crystal clear that the guy is toxic.

It has been reported that he said he would sit out the first 10 games and would not sign an extension. Not to mention he has been arguing and been in several verbal altercations with a couple of the coaches on the team.
The other players have not even said a word on his twitter account telling him bye or best of luck. He has got nothing from his teammates here. That is pretty telling that they mostly wanted him gone as well.

I think there was an initial tweet from Terez that said some players weren't happy, but you are right. It has been pretty quiet.

One of the other threads said that the order came from CHunt, and that very well may be, but the lack of interest from other teams with a need for a guy like Peters doesn't bode well for his apparent attitude problems.

Or maybe the guy just refused to play for anybody but a West Coast Team, which seems ridiculous frankly.

LA could be like the Faiders this year and that 2nd round pick next year could look a whole lot better in a much better draft than this year.
