First off, for those of you that don’t watch/listen to the DP show, he’s been hating on Mahomes all year.

He just had Dungy on who was saying the best two teams in the AFC by far are the Chiefs/Pats.

Dan says he thinks the Chargers are better than us because they have a better overall team.

When the **** is the national media going to realize that we own the Chargers? I can’t think of any other team that could possibly dominate another like we have the Chargers yet still be so disrespected when people talk about the two.

He's right. Your performance against them wasn't very impressive, either. They only lost due to self inflicted wounds.

Chargers will get better throughout the season, while KC will get worse, as usual.

I expect to see the Chargers in Foxboro for the AFCCG, although I'm hoping for KC, since they're always an easy out for any team in the postseason.

AFC is looking weak this year. I can definitely see a team like the Chargers sneak their way in.

The Ravens are also a fairly strong possibility.

We haven’t lost to the Chargers since 2003. They always look good on paper but are poorly coached and Rivers falls apart in high pressure situations.

Mangini was brutal today. I was expecting Nick Wright to leave the table. Mangini going back to that let’s wait until defenses get tape on him and said this game is one teams can see what the Patriots did to limit him. Said the Patriots did a better job than Denver. Wright was foaming at the mouth like, they scored 40 points! Mangini actually responded with, “well 33 points because of the long kick return.”

Mangini also returning to look at Watson, Prescott, and Carr as evidence that Mahomes will fall off.

Also said we started out hot last season and fell off so he doesn’t think it’s relevant to talk about seeding with them.

Those who actually understand the complexity and the skill required to make those downfield throws or accurate passes, in and out of pocket, appreciate Mahomes more.

Box score analysts and talking heads often lack that perspective. That's why a lot of them compare Mahomes to noodle arm Deshaun Watson or Dak Prescott even now.

Cowherd is, somehow, worse than Patrick. His monologues are excruciating.

I'll be honest, I like Rome. He's not for everyone, but he's well-informed and is fair.

I enjoyed it a lot more before the switch to NBC. I haven't watched lately. There for a while it seemed like they were more interested in selling t-shirts.
