Used to be. Not recently. Not out of the question he could do pretty well with a fresh start, but RBs typically don't drop off significantly and then suddenly get it back.

Hell, that's what the RBs on our roster have been doing too.

Well, we're expecting Eric Berry to be a God for us when he plays after not playing in 2 years, so I don't see why we can't have reasonable expectations for Anderson.

Chiefs have an extra roster spot, why not.

I think it's pretty smart.

He hits the hole quick, runs hard, and doesn't go down easy. He's not Hunt but he would give us a tiny bit of what Kareem did.

Berry is an All-Pro that beat cancer and has been in the same system for 5 years. He's shown the ability to return and play at a high level. CJ is a giant question mark. Really not the same comparison at all.

As for CJ Anderson, I thought West was a better fit given he had played for the Chiefs, but I always thought Anderson was a tough adversary who seemed to run hard. I prefer Anderson talent-wise.

I don't mind this. He was a passable starting running back in Denver and possibly their best offensive player, which is why Elway got rid of him.

He was good last year for the broncos before the shut him down to avoid paying his incentives. Would love to see him play with Mahomes and see if he has anything left in the tank.

Anderson is a tough player who played an integral role in a team winning the Super Bowl just a few years back, and ran pretty well behind some terrible Denver offensive lines.

You add him and make it a three man committee with Ware and Williams, and you can make it work. None of them are Hunt obviously but plenty of teams have had great success with committee back fields lately.

Mcaffery's been awesome though.

Jc would be awesome especially if he fumbled in a critical situation.

Extra help is always appreciated, and we'll see what happens... but he was never going to make or break this teams chances

We do need another back. I don't see Ware being able to handle the load and you're one injury away from Williams being the only guy. I don't mind this.

I grew tired of watching him run outside zones straight sideways for 1 yard gains. Garbage time superstar.

I'll have a psychologist evaluate me, but I'd take Charles back. We cut him after an injury, he was good for the Broncos until Elway defrauded him, and the Jaguars never gave him a chance.

He said most likely he's retiring after he got cut. Idk, me wanting him back was 75% purely emotionally based.
