King's X is the best band of all time and often has Christian messaging

For my money, it's got to be Infant Annihilator. Their message is wholesome and pure, not too syrupy sweet like the 80s Christian Metal bands, but gentle and kind, nonetheless.

Slayer. If you just look a little deeper into their lyrics, it's all very pro-Christian.

Stryper does a cool version of Winter Wonderland. That’s all I got.

Norma Jean https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0USdLQZ-Clk The Agony Scene, although they were one of the bands to use the label despite obvious non Christian lyrics. 'The Agony Scene' and 'Darkest Red' were good albums. Their cover of "Paint it Black" is sick |

Gross. How am I not surprised that deberg is the market demo for this shit?
And Creed is...metal? Was it the one shot of vodka before shows that turned them so hardcore? |

I'm not a believer myself, but some of the late 90s/early 2000s Christian metal and hardcore was just as heavy as anything else out there. Some badass bands. |

I haven't heard enough of any of them to even have an opinion but I did see the name Michael Sweet and have this tune by him

I own a fair amount of older Christian Rock and IMO for good music and lyrics I'd have to go with Code Of Ethics song Soulbait.

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir, bitch.
|
I don’t know much about the other bands, but did have the pleasure of seeing Stryper last summer in St. Louis at the Pageant
You can like their message or not, but let me tell you they have only gotten heavier over the years and are all outstanding musicians, they sounded incredible Michael Sweet in particular is very respected in mainstream rock circles, having sang for Boston on their last tour, as well as having ongoing side projects with George Lynch from Dokken |
Probably motorhead

I didn't know Flyleaf was a Christian band? I liked a couple of their songs and wanted to bang their singer. She was a weird kind of hot. What about Jars of Clay? They had that one song that was pretty decent lol. |
I couldn’t stand them, but kinda surprised no one mentioned Chevelle.
