can always use o-line depth, let's see if this 7th round pick makes the roster.
|
He’s the next Dave Szott. Mark it down lol
|
Perfect name for an Italian chef.

Best pick of the day. Kid was very good. Experienced and a nasty, physical Blocker. Will be a starter next year if not by mid season this year. Guy will be in the league for a long time. Interior OL is exciting but I love this for a 7th round pick.

He looks like someone that can play G or C. OL versatility is always great to have with injuries, etc. I like beefing up our interior OL, because with Mahomes' mobility, he can escape an outside rush, but there's no escaping pressure that comes from the middle. |
He's got some nasty.
Same body type as Richie Incognito |
Quote:
Yeah, a little bit of nasty up front to go with our speed is a good combo. |

One thing I noticed about our Oline is that they lacked that physical mean play and would get their shit turned inside out against mean nasty physical Dlines. I love the athleticism of our Oline but there needs to be that fine balance between athleticism and mean nasty physical play. He addresses what we lack and therefore Im rooting for him. |
GTFO McKenzie!
|
Maybe Allegretti could teach Fisher a few things or two on how to be physical and nasty. Or is that something you can’t teach?
|
Will he end up at guard or center?
|
Quote:
It will probably depend on how good Reiter is at Center. Also, Allegretti is listed at G on the Chiefs website, fwiw. |
I for one, have high hopes for Nicky Boy Allegretti... he will kill his way to the top
Get him a drink, Spider... |

So this honestly may be the best pick of the draft

He plays in a league loaded with physical front 7 defensive players also. |
Meet your new Center!!

Love to know the answer to that. |
My god in 4 years he played 1215 snaps. Only allowed a sack 4 times

Best pick on day 3 by far. Excellent, excellent pick. Gonna love this kid.

Apparently he lacks foot speed to get out into space and struggles with stunts and twists.
|
Wow, our starting center!

McKenzie is going to be a center?
Also I'd rather see what McKenzie can do considering on the depth chart last year Cam Erving was listed as the #2 at FOUR offensive line positions and sucked at all of them. http://www.espn.com/nfl/team/depth/_/name/kc |

Veach says he’s got a chance to compete for playing time.
Could be a battle between he and Reiter. |
|
If they could get him to start at center that’d be swell
If he were good at it I mean |
Fatty lovers are getting moist! It's a CP fatty orgy!

My favorite is the guy in the red hard hat in between the high-fivers. I don't know why he makes me laugh, but he does.

I wonder what Sacc would think of our new Italian fatty? He's not from Utah so he'd probably want this guy to prove it first before showering him with hot, fatty goo praise.

It's an amazing gif. The old Chiefs fan taking a picture in his overalls is the only other gif that might rival this. |
What in the hell has this Road Grading Pancake Machine been doing on our damn bench?!?!? I haven't been this freaking hard in months!!! :whackit:

I was pleasantly surprised by our oline play. I had little hope especially after Schwartz we’ve down they did well.

Even my 80 year old mom, who is oddly enough getting really into football after my dad died a couple of years ago, texted me wondering why that call was made. I told her the glare of excellence blinded the official!

I was impressed. Never expected anything from him, but he really showed out.

Not having a preseason and the limited number of full contact practices probably hurt his chances of being discovered as a starter... I think he definitely proved he can play..
