Khalil Hodge + Gary Johnson are two solid guys who I think could come in and do alright.

I think we're OK at LB and probably at WR. I'll agree we have to look at TE.

Chiefs have 20 or so to spend and that’s including what the draft picks will cost and leaving 4mil open.
That plenty. Look for 1yr deals with Crabtree or garçon. Zach brown at LB. TE Max Williams
Trades still on table or veterans that get cut. The roster is good position. Every team has weaknesses.

He does. Mahomes made him look competent, but let’s not act like he didn’t still drop way too many passes.

Just looked it up. His drop rate was 16% last year.

He did drop a lot, but he was also an athletic blocker who got open. Not bad for a TE2.

How have we gotten better at that position?

Refresh my memory. Why didn't we look at Kelvin Benjamin as a TE? I know he's officially a WR, but at 6'5" and 240-ish, that seems big enough for me. Bad blocking skills?

One of the knocks on Benjamin was that he is lazy and that’s at WR. I don’t see that guy getting motivated to block on a regular basis.

Even for vet minimum, the money he gets to be motivated would be better than sacking groceries at the local Hy-Vee. I'd learn to block.
