https://twitter.com/ih8bobby/status/...155441153?s=09

Haha I've smoked alot of weed and never thought this!

TLO 07-21-2019 09:17 PM

To the romper room. Dilly Dilly!

VAGOMO 4 LIFE! 07-21-2019 09:21 PM

PAChiefs made this didn’t he

raidersnumber1 07-21-2019 09:22 PM

once this Mahomes hoopla is over, people will look back at Alex Smith as the best Chiefs QB of all time.

TLO 07-21-2019 09:22 PM

I wonder where Geno Smith ranks? :hmmm:

Also - I almost quoted the idiot above me. But then realized he'll be downvoted into oblivion so thought twice about it. O suggest nobody else quote him either and just give him the ol thumbs down.

Hammock Parties 07-21-2019 09:25 PM

He's not even top 25 in the last 25 years, let alone all time.

Jesus ****.

Get the **** off this board. Seriously.

New World Order 07-21-2019 09:29 PM

I'd take Randall Cunningham, Mcnabb, Flaccid, Eli, Gannon, Mcnair, Brunell, Foles over Smith

Pablo 07-21-2019 09:30 PM

Trent Green make the top 15?

Bump 07-21-2019 09:31 PM

Alex is top 25 for the Chiefs

Titty Meat 07-21-2019 09:35 PM

25 most recent that are better:

Brady
Peyton
Eli
Rivers
Palmer
Vick
Warner
Carr
Luck
Mahomes
Stafford
Culpepper
Cutler maybe
Bulger
McNair
Brad Johnson
Watson
Wentz
Foles maybe
Roethlisberger
Bledsoe
Wilson

Feel free to add on

carcosa 07-21-2019 09:36 PM

I feel like I'm losing my mind

Hammock Parties 07-21-2019 09:37 PM

****, in 2016 he wasn't even one of the top 25 QBS in the league.

****!!

I saw the B/R logo at the bottom. What reerun at Drinking Bleach Report thought up this marvelous list?

Honestly, Alex Smith at 25 is ****ing ridiculous, but what might be even worse is ****ing Namath at 7.

RunKC 07-21-2019 09:47 PM

Rivers being on that list is almost as embarrassing as Alex. What the hell has that guy done with several talented teams in his career?

Rivers might be the most overrated QB ever

Nobody. It’s pretty obviously fake. Just a troll job to get all the snowflakes worked up. Seems to be working in that regard.

BigCatDaddy 07-21-2019 10:25 PM

He wasn't top 25 most years he played.

You wouldn't take Eli over Alex?

Flacco has Alexian seasonal numbers but he led his team to one hell of a SB run.

I'd still pick.him.over Alex in a draft 100 times out of 100

Naptown Chief 07-21-2019 10:47 PM

I heard Mr Smith was a great guy and the children love him!

Rain Man 07-21-2019 10:49 PM

And Elway's on it too? That's hilarious.

Rain Man 07-21-2019 10:51 PM

There's also no Otto Graham and no Sammy Baugh on the list. Was this some sort of middle school project or something?

Rasputin 07-22-2019 02:33 AM

Mark Dirtysanchez has won more playoff games than Alec Smith.

Want to read a funny joke?

Who put up a horrid statline of 12-23 133 yards and 1 int in the SB vs GB?

John Elway

Mile High Mania 07-22-2019 05:41 AM

Aikman, Namath, Bradshaw, Warner, Kelly Romo, Bledsoe, Griese, Palmer, Simms, Smith all ranked too high.

THIS ONE's......FOR JOHN!

jjchieffan 07-22-2019 07:06 AM

That whole list is messed up. Manning above Montana and Johnny U??? Aikman at 6?? Aikman is no closer to 6 than Smith is to 25. Palmer is another that shouldn't make the top 25.

If you made a list of top 25 "check down" QBs of all time, Alex Smith would definitely be on that list.

scho63 07-22-2019 08:05 AM

We've got Patrick Mahomes and you start a new Alex Smith thread?

Are you on crack??? :$2500:

There aren't a lot of people outside of those on this board that view Elway as a mid rung QB. It's fun reading about it though.

Sorce 07-22-2019 11:03 AM

Where is Tyler ****ing Palko on that list?

He should be just above Elway. No?

Trivia for the day:

Tyler Palko had a QB rating above 80 in 50 percent of his NFL seasons.
John Elway had a QB rating above 80 in 44 percent of his NFL seasons.

SAUTO 07-22-2019 11:38 AM

In compensation?

I'd bet top 10
1.1
2 2s
3 and fuller

Couple Hundred million in salary.

More playoff wins and statistically led the league in passing yards in 96.

He took an expansion team to the AFC title game, beating Jim Kelly and John Elway along the way.

big nasty kcnut 07-22-2019 06:51 PM

You may bash Alex but he did great while he was here and set everything up nicely for pat to get us a super bowl. Plus he prove what a fraud kapernick was.

Tough loss... Denver totally took them for granted and Means went off. Denver's D forces a critical punt late in the 3rd and MDP's fat a$$ can't get off the field, gets the penalty and they get a first down and proceed to run another 10 plays before getting a FG. Crazy. Totally overlooked those guys.

A small sample of Elway overrated articles. There are about 55,000 more of them, but I won't link them all.

http://jessethesportswriter.blogspot...way-sucks.html - This is a good article. I highly recommend you read this article if you in any way think that John Elway was a decent quarterback.

He played it safe too much for me. His numbers probably do look pretty good looking at after the fact, but for those who actually watched him play, ROFL at Top 25. Not even close. Guys that take the check down on 3rd and 8 or simply throw it away with the game on the line because their wasnt an easy opening shouldnt be rewarded because their numbers werent that bad when looking at the Box Score. I hate QBs like that. Guys that go through the motions and take what the defense gives them with the game on the line and everyone in the whole stadium knows the game is on the line. Guys that have already accepted a loss and are simply playing it out and protecting their stat line. Smith was a fine QB to hold the fort till reinforcements (Mahomes) arrived, but Top 25 talk is laughable.
