37-27, Chiefs

If the defense is done correctly to force Brady to throw to his receivers the Chiefs are going to blow this team out.
And frankly I don't believe in their defense either. |

The Patriots still have the greatest game planner in the history of professional football in Bill Belichick. And I don’t care what he is or isn’t working with personnel-wise, he just finds ways to win regardless. That said, I think as long as our offensive line plays well we stand a good chance. But I also won’t be surprised in the least if the Chiefs come out flat and looking like shit.
Chiefs 34 Patriots 27 Chiefs are finally on the right side of a close one with these clowns. |
KC CHIEFS v NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS: Who wins? Your predictions? Final score?
I will absolutely be taking the alternate betting line of Chiefs -2 or so. We win this game by the end of third quarter. Final score might be a bit closer than it looks but I expect something like 34-17 Chiefs.

They're weighing their options... ---------- Post added at 10:01 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:00 AM ---------- Patriots Weighing Their Options Before Making Latest Kicker Decision by Zack Cox on Tue, Dec 3, 2019 at 11:13AM The Kai Forbath era came to a swift end Monday. As of Tuesday morning, the New England Patriots had yet to name his successor. With a matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs looming on Sunday, Bill Belichick said the Patriots will weigh their options before signing a new kicker. “We have a few days to work that out, so we’ll look at our options and do what we feel like is best for the team based on what our options are,” Belichick said Tuesday in a conference call with reporters. “I don’t know exactly how that’s going to go, but we’ll see.” The most likely option would be re-signing Nick Folk, whom the Patriots cut last week after he underwent an emergency appendectomy. Folk fared relatively well during his initial three-game stint with the team, going 7-for-9 on field-goal attempts and 3-for-3 on extra points, and still had a stall in New England’s locker room at the end of last week. Belichick suggested the Patriots considered having punter/kickoff man Jake Bailey handle field goals this past Sunday against the Houston Texans before ultimately signing Forbath. Bailey kicked in high school, but using him in that role would require the team to introduce a new holder to the field-goal operation. “Yeah, we’ve looked at a number of different options,” Belichick said. “Last week was last week; this week is this week. Maybe it’ll be the same; maybe it’ll be different. Maybe some of the circumstances around that will change. That situation came up pretty late in the week, so this week, we have a little more time to plan and evaluate the entire situation. We’ll see what our options are and try to make the best one.” |
Patriots are 0-2 when allowing more than 14 points this year :thumb:

Chiefs 29
Patriots 25 How will the Chiefs score 29 you ask? How about the Patriots scoring 25? Who knows! Tune in and find out. |
Pats 24
Chiefs 21 Belichick will unveil some brand new defense, Michel will run effectively, White will burn our LBers out of the backfield, Edelman will convert a half-dozen third downs, the weather will suck, the refs will screw us, and a kicker the Pats signed on Thursday will boot a game-winning FG as time expires. |
35-17 Chiefs... Faces wil be raped...
|
Chiefs 34, Patriots 26. Patriots have way too many problems on O right now (line can't run block, receivers are banged up, Brady is subpar). They can't score TDs as easy as they used to so I'm expecting more red zone failures, hence 2 TDs and 4 FGs. They'll lose their third in a row and put them squarely in the back of the playoff pack, which is what they deserve right now.

Time to come out in the 1st qtr like it's the 2nd half. Put the pedal to the metal and don't freaking stop!

If we were up against any other team besides NE, I'd say Chiefs 35-21. BUUUTTT---it probably be Chiefs 21 (2 TDs called back for "trapping penalties") Cheatriots 14, NFL 10 for a final score of Hoodies 24, Chiefs 17 (6 points deducted for touching Brady).

I feel this team through 12 games still hasn't played to their full potential yet. Not all 3 phases, together at the same time, for 4 full quarters. Hopefully we can do that Sunday. If they do that, I can't see any team in the NFL beating this team.

The demise of the Patriots and Tom Brady has been predicted before. The Patriots have looked like garbage on offense most of the year. Something about the end of the Texans game, where the Patriots seemed to start clicking and playing better concerns me...
After all of that... Chiefs 31 Patriots 27 |

Patriots 21 Watkins is our leading receiver. Hardman gets a TD. HB with an INT. |

Probably gonna be a nut tugger of a game. If the refs don’t get involved we should win a squeaker, but we know when it comes to the Pats.... refs are gonna get involved.
|
Bump for the Friday crew to make their predictions where everyone can see.

30-20 KC.
Mark it down. |
Chiefs have more talent, but it is hard to trust Andy in big games. Should be close with the better QB proving to be the difference.
Chiefs 24 Pats 19 Pats will miss a field goal and 2 extra points, while Buttkicker has a perfect day. |

I'm going to say whoever wins will win by 4 points and the last score will be something like a pick six or punt return for TD.
Just see some weird shit happening in this game. I also see a fake punt, most likely by Belichick. |
Orlando Scandick has the Pats over the Chiefs. He also said it wasn’t his fault that they lost in the AFCCG. He said a whole team collective effort. Um hello Scandick if you would’ve caught the ****ing ball with about 2 mins left game would’ve been over

Good Guys in Red and Father Time 35
Yelling old man Brady 27 It's 12:49 pm on Friday in Foxboro and the Patriots still have no kicker signed |
I'd feel more confident if Mahomes didn't look so pedestrian the past 2 games.
34/61 (55.74%), 357 yards, 2 TD 1 Int Is a game against what is statistically one of the best defenses in the league the game where our troubled QB gets back on track? I'm not confident. |

It’s going to be such a thorough domination that the Patriots won’t be able to blame the kicking situation or any one play for why they lost.
|
I’d love to have a chiefs in Denver in 2015 performance where we dominated manning
I’m not optimistic on that |

The Pats only favorable matchup IMO is their Dline vs our Oline. And that can cause some serious problems. |
Those picking the chiefs to lose by 8 are trolls.
Those picking the chiefs to lose by less than that are pussies. It's the same people fretting "what is wrong with the offense?!!" Nothing. Nothing is wrong. it's the #3 scoring offense in the league. Chill the **** out, people. We got this. |
