It's been a little bumpy at times for our offense.

But Andy Reid continues to be absolutely horrendous at protecting leads. That's the problem we have to fix. The offense stalls most when Reid puts the brakes on.

This 1 million times! We aren’t going anywhere with our offensive line that is extremely soft. They can’t run block when we need it and they can’t pass block long enough for Mahomes to find somebody deep. This severly limits our playbook and Mahomes turns into check down sally.

Well, if you asked it before this game; you might get some responses. But you asked it after the chiefs offense put up numbers on the NUMBER ONE DEFENSE!!!

Mahomes/The Offense had a really nice 2nd quarter to build that lead up, Reid seemed to take the foot off of the gas again. Kelce’s boneheaded play on that fumble didn’t help things either.

They've given up basically nothing at home. Expecting a 30 burger every week will set you up for disappointment. This is why we needed the defense fixed....and Spags the Brady slayer

Fourth and one, run up the middle for a first down. “Extremely soft” doesn’t seem to be the correct epithet for this offense line. Where “ spotty” or “inconsistent” might be better used.

After the Kelce fumble Reid went uber conservative. It nearly backfired.

That’s a really good and well coached defense they have there. Perhaps I was too critical of Andy’s play calling in the 2nd half. Still irritated about that Kelce fumble though.

This all comes back to our lack of run game.

You need a run game for games like this to protect your lead and also to take pressure of the QB. We don't have that a hence the issues we're seeing with icing close games and Patrick taking so many hits.
