Well if you've been there before just go the same way as the last few times you went

ROFL I love this place.

I fly in and stay in / around the Plaza.
Zip Car /zip ride... Whatever it is called is the easiest.
They drop off and pick up really close to stadium.
Other ride shares (Uber lyfft) are a PITA to get a ride out in my opinion.

Segway.

Bowser 01-17-2020 05:44 PM

Uber would likely be easiest, but the Metro runs out to the stadiums. Check to see where a pickup site would be around P&L.

Bars around the stadium will be limited to a few thousand tailgates, I'm afraid.

Thank u as I’ve stated b4 I’ve always had a car I don’t this time so I don’t know how to get to stadium besides uber

I’m sure if you ask Billay....he’d give you a ride. Shit ain’t free though....if you know what I’m saying.

LMAO

I bet he busts in under a minute so it wouldn't take all that much time out of your ride at least.

Google zipcar
They are the official ride share for chiefs
They get preferential treatment for drop off and pick up
"Been there done that"

There used to be busses that drop you and pick you up at the curb, and deliver back to the stop near your hotel...Chief's Shuttle..or something.

That or depending on your hotel, there could be hotel shuttles to the stadium and back....heck, P & L is close enough to the stadium, an Lyft or Uber shouldn't be that expensive (unless they raise rates on game days?)

It's Z-Trip and I've heard it's a pain in the ass.

Best idea is to make a Craigslist / FB Marketplace post offering $20 to bum a ride with someone and explain what time you want to get to the game and if you're willing to leave early.

No other option beside driving and parking at one of the businesses or homes that offer cheap parking will be more cost effective than that.

Sorry "z trip"
I have used Lyft Uber and z "trip,"
z has worked well for me. I have used z 4 times. I normally drive a rental car but when we don't I take Lyft to hotel and z to and from game.
My brain is stuck on zip for some reason

The metro no longer has the Chiefs express. Uber drops you off a mile away, z trip drops you off right infront of the stadium.

What hotel are you staying at? Alot of them have shuttle service to and from the game.

Rent a helicopter to drop you off on the field.

I use ztrip every time and it has never been an issue. The drop off spot is really convenient. I used to take the bus when it was an option from the Waldo pick up spot, but then they farmed that out and it was on school buses and only picked up way out in the burbs. That was some PITA transport!

ping2000 01-17-2020 07:50 PM

This sounds fishy, like a Titans fan asking for directions. With that being said, the stadium is in downtown Kansas City, KS. Just take a cab to downtown Kansas City, KS.

scho63 01-17-2020 07:56 PM

How old are you dude? Is this the first time without Mom and Dad or big brother and sister?

Are you really asking how can I get to the stadium for free and would someone be willing to take me?

chiefscafan 01-17-2020 07:59 PM

No I’m asking what’s the most affordable I took Uber last time and it was a lot and dropped me off far from the stadium

Mr. Kotter 01-17-2020 08:09 PM

Best option I know of....

https://www.druryhotels.com/bookands...teandroom/0034

Drury Inn Stadium
Sat evening (5-7pm) complimentary food and two adult beverages
(Uber to and back from the P&L district Sat night?)
Sat night room--1 room, 2 beds
Sun AM Breakfast buffet
You can leave your car in their parking lot until after the game
Walk across George Brett's bridge to the game; pick up car after the game

Well worth $279 ($326 w/tax and fees)

I had Uber pick me up in the P&L district and drop me off at the IHOP. It’s the opposite side of the bridge from the stadium so you can cut most of the traffic turning toward it when you pull up to the exit. After the game walk back to the IHOP and order your Uber about half way through your postgame “Moons over myhammy”. No waiting and only a brief walk through the cold ass postgame air.

ride your bike from manhattan beach and take rosecrans east for 1,617 miles

dlphg9 01-18-2020 12:40 AM

You figure it out yet?

dlphg9 01-18-2020 12:42 AM

Call the cops and ask them for a ride. Make sure to call 911 because if you call the non emergency line they won't be quick.

Fish 01-18-2020 01:53 AM

Start walking around 8am.

Coming in for the first time this weekend. Taking a 17 hour bus ride from Houston and heading straight to Arrowhead off of the bus.

Need suggestions on how to approach everything. I need to try the quintessential KC BBQ from the tailgate, where do I go? After the game, where’s the best spots?

Really really pumped about this game, as evidenced by the commute I’m willing to take. Figured this was as good a game as any to make my debut. If we don’t pull this off I don’t think I’ll make it back to Houston. Go Chiefs!
