I'm flying in on Tuesday. I've waited 50 years fir this and I ain't missing this. Thank you to my wife to be in 19 days cause she made me go outside for the last 7 minutes of the game to change the mojo. I love you Miss Kimberly even though you are a raider fan and for sporting a Kelce Jersey today and cheering your ass off for the chiefs.

I always said if the Chiefs were in the Superbowl I would come back to KC and watch the game there. And if they won I would go to the parade. Unfortunately I missed coming back to be in KC for the game. And I won't be able to make the parade.

This is the year I decided to retire and we are in the process of selling our home/buying our retirement home and my last day of work will be June 1st. My Chiefs are World Champions! This is one of the best years of my life!

I'm torn. I would drive Tuesday from DFW and drive back Thursday. I went to KC after the Chiefs beat the Titans. I love my hometown.

KCTV5 said it was supposed to snow Wednesday.

I can not make it, having knee replacement surgery on Weds.

Surely I can find a replay of all of it online after my recovery?

Heading to the Disney parade... cant make it home for the big one.

Ive been asked to with a friend but honestly, a 1 million person crowd and being virtually trapped in the city would make me uneasy as hell. But Ill watch every minute of coverage on TV

Tuesday snow from 12pm to around 10pm. 25 degrees Wednesday morning.

810 this morning said it would end by Union Station like the Royals parade, dunno where the starting point is, assuming Sprint Center.

Im staying in independence. What do you guys think is the best way to get to the parade area? Public transit or should i drive in?

Yeah, my plan is going down Union station around 5 a.m.

That should be early enough to plop down a good spot, right?

I think driving would be a bad idea.

You can park the bus station in Independence by the police station, and you can get on the 24 and take it straight downtown.

I will be going with my wife and kids. It is going to be crazy.

Seriously thinking about making the 9 hour drive for it. Really felt like a wuss yesterday for not being in Miami.

I missed the Royals parade. Not missing this one.

I'm wondering if I want up next to the stage, or take a spot on the hill and watch it all from a distance. But yeah, Union Station is where it's all at, no point in sitting on the parade path.

Standing in a wet cold for hours is something old guys with arthritis shouldn't do, so I'll just watch it on TV. If this was 10 years ago, I be right there with a million to million and a half of my brothers and sisters.

Flying in Tuesday for the parade and then leaving on Thursday. The Royals parade was huge and now this is even bigger!

I'm hoping the conga line extends to Jax FL and I can get in the mix.

What time would you guys recommend getting there? Anybody with experience from the Royals parade have some wisdom on this topic?

Get there early and absorb it all and know we got it real good.

The card unlocks the door just fine but then open the door and two neked old people nothing you want to see were in the room *awkward*

Went back to the clerk and he's like "oh sorry about that it was supposed to be room 322 my bad"

Gonna scout this out tomorrow to find a spot to park for Wednesday and get there really early. Not sure what cost for parking is going to cost me.

as much as I would like to go...there's no way in hell you could pay men to navigate that mass of insanity. I suspect it will be much bigger than the Royals , and that was insane.

during the Royals parade; the morning of around 7:30am...I looked out the window (I lived right near I35 at the tiem)...and northbound traffic was at a standstill....16 miles away from downtown lol.

All right so I'm going to put my faith in you. I want to see the parade but instead I'm just going to hope you have a good upload of it when I get home, and instead I'm just for sure heading to the rally early to make sure I get a good spot.
