Ticket prices
Had a friend looking for Chiefs season tickets in the lower section and was quoted by the Chiefs as $4200 for a set of tickets. Her in-laws have season tickets in the same section and only pay $2300 for them. Seems like something is fishy. Anyone else heard about this?

They don't give ANY breaks to long time season ticket holders. I would pay the same as a brand new first time buyer.

We just won the Super Bowl for the first time in 50 years.
Prepare for ticket prices to skyrocket. |

I guess they're jacking up prices for first time buyers? Weird, because my boyfriend and I paid $900 for our seats last year as first time buyers, and they're $1200 this year. Looking online, if we were to purchase our sets for the first time this year, they'd be $1900. |
Prices fluctuate in individual sections. Row 1 is a different price than row 30 in the same section. There's many other factors a well.

These tickets were in the same section but one row higher up so they should have been the same or cheaper not higher that is what is crazy. Something is up with it.

A friend of mine that has season tickets was given the explanation that the one year spike in prices for new buyers was to discourage people that were just going to roll and sell them on the secondary market. She also heard the same about them going back down next year.

I hate Big Ticket.

Just PAID for a pair of cHargers season tickets at the new stadium in the 400 level for $1,200.00 plus a $100.00 SSL for each seat.

Wife just bought us season tickets for my BD present, lower upper right by entrance / exit on isle. 1900 per seat and they didn’t mention anything about price going down next yr.

If you’re a ST holder, are you required to go to a certain number of games? And by that I mean do they not allow you to sell all of your tickets to someone else?

I have twelve season tickets and have a buddy who wanted me to add two more to my account. The prices on the Chiefs site were way more than my 2020 renewal invoice so I called to inquire today. I was told that the ticket prices were “dynamic” and that any new tickets sold would be at a higher price and it didn’t matter if I was adding them to my account or if my buddy created his own new account. I’m sure glad i added more seats last year!

Can’t blame em. Supply and demand.
Why let the scalpers make the $ the team should make? I’m sure I wasn’t the only one thinking of buying a group of 20 season tickets to not only be able to profit during resale, but also reserve max amounts of playoff tickets, as well. |

does the 4200 include the parking tax

I'm just glad I was able to witness the first two years of the greatest QB in chiefs history before I had to bow out. It was a great time getting to witness it in person. TV the rest of the way for me at this point.
