I知 so excited for the first 3 picks...

All 3 picks are first round talents that fell for reasons that might not even effect their play going forward and are perfect fits for what we do.

Perfect job by Veach, so far.

This team is going to be extremely tough to beat.

LETS GOOOOOOOO

Bump 04-24-2020 10:26 PM

It's definitely looking like a very good draft for us. I very much like this whole picking last thing.

Hammock Parties 04-24-2020 10:28 PM

This offense is going to be like the 97 Broncos, except with a 25-year old John Elway.

We are going to exhaust teams with our running game and chop their heads off with the pass.

Jerok 04-24-2020 10:30 PM

Veach for 30 years, Mahomes for 20 years, Reid for 10 years, let's do it

Also I see more 2-TE sets mixed in with RSJ. Force teams to matchup with us. Play big and we値l pass. Play smaller and we値l run. Good luck defending that.

That also helps save wear and tear on Sammy and Tyreek for the post season.

I like that every pick made sense. Imagine if our GM was the twit from GB or BOB? At the very least we can go to bed tonight without wondering just what mind-altering drugs our GM took before the draft. GB and HOU fans are in a completely different boat.

I do get the understanding for GB making that pick though. Does it make sense? Probably not, but I can understand from the point of view that Rodgers is cuttable after 2021.

They drafted Rodgers while Favre was still playing at a high level. Rodgers sat for 3 years before he got to play.

Love will likely need 2 years to sit. It's a good spot for Love, and a good forward thinking of 3-5 years down the road for GB.

staylor26 04-24-2020 11:20 PM

Veach’s drafts have gotten better and better

Eleazar 04-24-2020 11:25 PM

I like all three as well.

I want this team to build huge leads and then grind it out in garbage time with the superstars chilling on the bench.

ThyKingdomCome15 04-24-2020 11:32 PM

Veach is the reason other GM's make desperate picks.

Yeah, but then they followed it up with that shitty AJ Dillon pick.

Again. Most talented WR draft ever. Desperately need a WR to extend the productivity of your aging QB.

Instead, you take a fat back and draft his replacement, when it wasn't exactly the QB who was responsible for getting ****ed by the 49ers.

Rodgers has to know he痴 not winning another ring in GB. They just won稚 give him the resources to do it. He should ball out this year and then ask to be traded.

I do for the reason that got them there, but staying up over 2 hours past my normal bed time is rough.

Yeah, I would say GB has had pretty good success with the QB position for many years.

It is one they like to rub in their rival Bears face as they have had just the opposite history.

farmerchief 04-25-2020 07:00 AM

Yep, I agree, looks good so far! Ill have to read up on the new Olineman, kind of figured they would look for a center upgrade, but if this guy can play guard, and eventually move to tackle, its all good. Maybe we will upgrade center after the draft, via other teams cuts? Overall, good job, Chiefs

If Jordan Love starts to develop, there will be another team out there that feels their QB situation is holding them back from winning the Super Bowl. That team will give up a ton of capital for Rodgers.

MahomesMagic 04-25-2020 07:11 AM

Rodgers will be traded next year. Green Bay does not draft Love to have him sit for more than 1 year.

My guess is Vegas will be someone that would trade with Green Bay. Gruden would trade a 1st and 3rd fast for Rodgers.

SBLIVchamps 04-25-2020 07:15 AM

I am praying we give up 137 and a 4th next year to grab Bryce Hall. If that happens we have won the draft despite only having 5 picks. We will recoup a 4th next year from fuller as a comp pick anyways.

Couple other guys I like:
-Amik Robertson
-Reggie Robinson
-Troy Pride
-Ben Bartch
-Tyler Biadasz
-Ben Bredson

Hoover 04-25-2020 07:31 AM

If Veach hit on a OT in the 3rd it's a MAJOR victory down the road.

Yes, I'm a resident Fatty Homer, and I'm always concerned about the offensive line. But that said I'd rather be investing 3rd and 4th round picks in it every year than being forced to spend a 1st or 2nd rounder on it when it becomes a position of need.

At this point of the draft I still wouldn't mind a IOL pick but by all means take the best player available.

ForeverChiefs58 04-25-2020 07:47 AM

Yes. Years ago we would have drafted another DT, if only for the purpose of messing with Chris Jones and part of negotiating a long term deal.

I love this draft so far. I have complete confidence in this team to draft and get them ready.

I’m already excited for what the team can get out of the undrafted. Because I think this year with the restrictions, there will be a lot of gems fall out of the draft.

This draft class should be one people note, as it’s different than anything we’ve ever seen.

Having this team’s strengths of evaluating and coaching talent makes this draft like their Super Bowl all over again.

Fansy the Famous Bard 04-25-2020 07:49 AM

If we could get Bryce Hall and Nick Harris in 4 and 5, then I will know i've died and gone to heaven. Because this can't be real.

CoMoChief 04-25-2020 09:01 AM

AFC sure is gunning for Mahomes/Chiefs

You see what the division is doing.

Colts and Ravens just got a LOT better in my opinion. Both teams have had good drafts so far, both teams are probably #2-3 behind KC in the AFC.

Colts? Did Andrew Luck just un-retire or something?

pugsnotdrugs19 04-25-2020 09:44 AM

Should be 3 starters from day one.

If you think Andy Reid is going to leave wide receivers on the sideline in favor of more TEs, then I've got some beachfront property you might be interested in here in Olathe. Dirt cheap prices!

Mahomes in shotgun with Williams on one side and Clyde on the other. Watkins and Kelce out wide with Tyreek in the slot. Where do you defend? And we still have Hardman, Robinson, Pringle, Washington and RSJ to throw out there. Haha, shit.

Good luck to opposing defensive coordinators when we are 1st and Goal.

When are we not first and goal? I mean, you kick it into the endzone and anybody we put on the field can go 75 yards, with the possible exception of Kelce.

Be funny if Edwards-Helaire wins OROY anyway with 70 catches and 200 carries, despite having Hill, Hardman, Watkins and Kelce on the field.

KChiefs1 04-25-2020 10:55 AM

Clyde is going to be my first round pick in my fantasy league.

Gotta come up with a great team name now.

Yeah, the Dillon pick, I can't defend that. That wasn't a smart pick.

But the Love pick is defendable.

So how do Veach's balls taste anyway?

Do you use cherry-flavored lube or just go dry?
