Frank clark illness

What’s goin on with him?

Stewie 09-20-2020 07:45 PM

Probably has the consumption.

smithandrew051 09-20-2020 07:45 PM

He has stomach issues. Some sort of issue that pops up every now and then for him.

He said in an interview last year that it’s most common when he eats spicy foods.

Megatron96 09-20-2020 07:49 PM

I thought he got injured. Had to watch the game without any sound, so just guessing. He was sidelined for stomach issues?

wazu 09-20-2020 08:02 PM

I get the impression the Chiefs were playing drinking games last night. They looked like hell today.

Bowser 09-20-2020 08:03 PM

I think he was hung the **** over just like the rest of the team.

Yup. I told my daughter at halftime that the whole team looks ****ing hungover.

Megatron96 09-20-2020 08:32 PM

Yeesh. They haven't had that many reps, the starting CBs aren't even on the field, we just got back our other safety after a serious knee injury.

We'll be fine, people. It's just going to take a few weeks for everyone to get their shit together. We get Pennel back next week, Breeland in two more. It'll take at least 3-4 weeks for those guys to settle in. By week 4 Thornhill will be back to normal, and Gay will probably be on the field for 30% of the snaps. With any luck, Saunders will be back a week after that. Seriously by week 6-7 this defense is going to be top-5.

Will we be replacing the starting LBs by week 6-7?

Something was definitely off. Even Mahomes looked out of it.

Either they were out partying or something else was going on that we won’t know about. I don’t think I saw Tyreek or Kelce smile the whole game and that was really odd. Even after his TD Tyreek just looked pissed.

KC hasn't been able to find a single linebacker worth a damn in forever, do unfortunately not. Just give it another 3-4 years.

I wouldn't be surprised if they had airport or hotel hassles related to Corona type stuff

I found this really odd as well. Even in celebration they looked strangely "off".

Playing without fans might have been part of it, but it sure seemed like something else was going on.

O.city 09-20-2020 08:53 PM

Not sure what that was all about

cooper barrett 09-20-2020 08:55 PM

Or they went for a walk over the bridge into Mexico.

IIRC the team can't leave the Hotel - but they still could throw down, of course.

That would be a long bridge or long walk from LA.

Megatron96 09-20-2020 09:28 PM

Well this should be interesting.

HonestChieffan 09-20-2020 09:31 PM

Bad dose of the runs is not to be made light of.

TLO 09-20-2020 09:36 PM

Read on Twitter that he's been dealing with stomach issues for about a week. I'd take it with a grain of salt though.

However, shitting in his uniform might improve his pass rush.

eDave 09-20-2020 09:38 PM

Alcohol induced Crohn's Disease.

Johnny Vegas 09-20-2020 09:46 PM

I been saying it since last year. He’s got the same symptoms as UC. He’s just too young to meet the diagnosis. Hope he just gets a scoping and find out already.

Dante84 09-20-2020 09:52 PM

UC or Crohn’s... and he’s not too young for it, unfortunately.

KChiefs1 09-21-2020 12:33 AM

Wife has Crohn’s & it’s awful.

Simply Red 09-21-2020 02:18 AM

maybe he had nausea, heartburn, indigestion + upset stomach ---------- DIAHRHEAaaaaaaaaaa!

scho63 09-21-2020 04:12 AM

He has IBS or diverticulitis. Or maybe just a bad tummy ache

InChiefsHeaven 09-21-2020 05:22 AM

Wasn't he out a few weeks last season due to "illness"? I think dude has a chronic condition of some kind...

So why doesn't he just shit his pants then? A little bit of shit in the pants ain't gonna stop you from wreckin fools. Hell, the smell might throw the other team off their game. Missed opportunity.

FAX 09-21-2020 08:43 AM

He is presenting many of the symptoms of Crohn's Disease.

Crohn's is often very difficult to diagnose.

He's the right age for onset.

That's my guess.

Guys, bars and restaurants are closed in Los Angeles county, so I highly doubt that Frank Clark, of all people, is going to sit in his hotel room and drink himself sick.

The seasonal flu bug is beginning to hit hard out here and my oldest was throwing up all day yesterday. The only time she even left the house in the past 3 weeks was to the doctor for the flu shot on Thursday.

burt 09-21-2020 08:59 AM

IBS is not for sissies.

As I mentioned in the O line thread, the air quality has been atrocious and I’m certain it affected the Chiefs.

Air quality makes sense.

They just didn't look themselves. They weren't crisp, it seemed like there were lots of easy to catch drops, and things just didn't look right. They looked like a bunch of hungover people though. Hell, they they could have been thinking about the Ravens. Who knows, but the air thing seems the most reasonable.

They won, thats all that matters. Hopefully they have a better showing next week.
