Wilson starting. I expected Thompson or maybe Lightfoot to start.

Without Dotson, we’ll need a guard who can reliably create their own shots. Hopefully Agbaji finally lives up to that potential.

yeha i never saw that coming. Wilson looked pretty bad in exhibition games last year. But really how much does that mean? But that is all I have to go off of. I really thought it would be Lightfoot at the 4 TBH with Bryson taking it later in the year.

We have 3 bigs. There's no way we're starting 2 of them

I see that Braun still has no idea what to do with the ball once he gets into the lane. He can get there at will, just has no idea what to do when he gets there.

The refs sucked, we played like shit for long stretches, and this is our first game after losing Doke and Dotson.

Down 12 with 430 min left. This is where basketball coaches fail. You start pressuring, put in 5 guards who can shoot the 3. Lose by 30 or make it close. But they don't alter their strategy.

Did Lightfoot even play in the 2nd half? Kind of bizarre that he was benched completely for a guy who is getting destroyed defensively and making bad plays repeatedly on offense.

If this game mattered at all, Self would pressure them.
