Kafka drawing HC job interest...
Damn, don’t want to lose him.

It’s not just Chiefs’ asst. HC Eric Bieniemy drawing interest for HC interviews; KC QB coach and passing game coordinator Mike Kafka also is. Mahomes and Reid have/are going to make people a lot of money.
This Reid tree is gonna be half the ****ing league at this rate.
Quick, someone get some black spray paint. I want draft picks.
If Kafka has any sense, he'll just stay in KC for at least the next two years.
Yuck.
Well, if that happened I say bring back Pederson if he gets fired. |
Not really worried about it.
There’s no way both he and EB get hired. There aren’t even that many jobs coming open.
Brady, Bienemy, Arthur Smith, Daboll all get hired before Kafka, IMO.
If Bienemy goes, Kafka is the new oc
Maybe |
If he leaves too, it will be hard to envision the team’s metamorphosis.
Some of you guys need to read about Deland McCullough. He’s gonna be a good one IMO

so, would we get another 3rd for Kafka?
If Kafka gets a HC job before EB (even if it is just a matter of a few weeks), Roger Goodell’s head will explode.
That would be a horrible idea. He needs to spend time as a coordinator first. That's how it usually goes in the NFL. The last position coach to go straight to a HC position was Freddie Kitchens. We all saw how that went for Cleveland.

Hafta to keep developing coaches as the Reid coaching tree expands
I mean... Andy Reid has technically never held the job title of "offensive coordinator"

Kafka is black?
I hope not. And I don't know why Kafka would rush into it. He can either rush into a bad HC job where he's not ready. Or spend a year or two, be a prime candidate for a great hc job, and be way more prepared. Nagy had a few years and he still looked pretty raw.
But yeah, i guess if names like urban meyer are thrown out there, then yeah... Kafka looks like a good HC candidate right now. |
Aslong as they wait until after the season to interview, we don't need a distraction from someone

That’s kinda a desperation move to hope you strike gold as an owner isn’t it? Has Kafka even called a play before?

Pedersen's offenses have regressed each and every year since 2017. |
Nice showing in the East-West Shrine Bowl.
