At least we won’t have to worry about the home team hosting this one.

ptlyon 12-14-2021 08:09 AM

ROFL

backinblack 12-14-2021 08:10 AM

it's the only way Las Vegas will see a Super Bowl for quite a while.

Sofa King 12-14-2021 08:12 AM

It’s a nice stadium. Has a certain feeling of “home”. It’ll be nice to win one in a home stadium.

KCUnited 12-14-2021 08:13 AM

Congrats GEHA West

Wait, I thought that was located in LA. Or is that one GEHA west west?

Coochie liquor 12-14-2021 08:29 AM

Wonder who Brady will be facing in the SB that year??

scho63 12-14-2021 08:31 AM

This was already baked in the pie when they built it.

That place will be a zoo during the week.

ChiefBlueCFC 12-14-2021 08:42 AM

I always wanted the Chiefs home stadium to host a super bowl

I’m sure fans would be ecstatic to freeze their asses off to watch the SB. Die hard fans wouldn’t mind, but doesn’t seem like those are the people that show up for the most part.

ClevelandBronco 12-14-2021 09:02 AM

Somebody should do a home stadium joke. That would be clever.

Dunerdr 12-14-2021 09:28 AM

I like the idea of us winning one in their house before they make it back to the playoffs.

FloridaMan88 12-14-2021 09:33 AM

The Chiefs will be dancing on the midfield logo, Lombardi Trophy in-hand.

displacedinMN 12-14-2021 11:02 AM

The Super Bowl. In Vegas

This will work out well.

Gravedigger 12-14-2021 11:05 AM

After how much money they soaked into that stadium for a fledgling franchise devoid of good decisions or morals, they basically took the blueprints for Jerry's World and added a layer of Raiders paint to it to give them another site for Superbowls instead of relying on Jacksonville, or New Orleans all the time. I wouldn't be able to afford to go to a Superbowl anytime soon, but I would for sure take a trip down there in my Mahomes jersey to watch a Draft celebration in April.

MY ****ING GOD

I'm going to be there. So many celebrities. So many rich people. High stakes poker games are gonna be lit.

Maybe I'll get in a fight with Tom Brady or something. Oh who am I kidding. He'll still be playing.

Heh. No kidding. Super bowl week will be the ‘devils playground’ for a lot of the players.

Bills vs Buccaneers. Calling it now.

Every hooker in vegas just bought stock in KY gel

Gary Cooper 12-14-2021 11:58 AM

No surprise. Pretty much every dome team gets a SB. Minneapolis and Detroit got one. Vegas is a lot more marketable than those locations.

Expect Vegas to be in the regular rotation for SB destinations. It's a no-brainer.

Frazod 12-14-2021 12:16 PM

Such a shame that that beautiful stadium is wasted on the ****ing Raiders.

IMO, they should send the Chargers back to San Diego, send the Raiders back to Los Angeles, and make Allegiant a neutral showcase game-of-the-week and permanent Super Bowl host. It would be great for fans, tourism, and wouldn't permanently expose a team to all the myriad of problems that come from having a bunch of rich, young, irresponsible alphas live there permanently.

Rasputin 12-14-2021 12:51 PM

This can't be more perfect i know it's Q but this is relevant.

The Chiefs will have played a playoff game at Allegiant before the Raiders will.

BigRedChief 02-12-2024 09:43 AM

Gravedigger 02-12-2024 09:44 AM

When MVS planted the Chiefs flag after the win in the field, I said **** YEAH!

Katipan 02-12-2024 09:45 AM

That was a horrible halftime show.
I needed someplace to put that.
